My home had significant water damage due to a faulty upstairs washing machine. Finally done with remediation, I was more than a little apprehensive about the next step of putting my home back together again. That was until I met Luis. Luis and his crew were upfront about what to expect, kept me informed, made suggestions along the way, and stayed on time and on budget. I couldn’t have asked for a better contractor. Should I need help on another project, Luis and Casillas Construction LLC will be my first call.

Luis was absolutely fantastic to work with. Much of my house was drenched with water when one of my pipes burst. Luis was knowledgeable about the insurance process, which was invaluable for saving me time and money. He was transparent and upfront with different options and costs. Work was completed on schedule. And, everything was done with super high quality. Throughout Luis was professional and helpful. I will definitely work with Luis again- and suggest you do too. Take the stress out of home improvement 😀

Our water heater flooded our master bathroom and our master bedroom as well as a small part in our garage. We found Luis Casillas Construction company on line after our insurance told us they could not recommend anyone because they had not contracts with anyone in our area. It was lucky for us that it happened that way. Luis came in and took a look at the areas and said he was unable to do the work until we had another water mitigation company come out and make sure things were done properly, because from he could tell it had not. We called south sound water recovery to give a second opinion and found that the first company that the insurance had sent did not dry our home as it should had been done in the first place. That led to another two weeks of demolition and drying in our home. Once that was completed Luis came back in and was super helpful. I trusted him because he was right about the first company and really had our interest at heart. He was always communicating with us and making sure that we knew every step of the way what was going on and the plan. If product we ordered came in and had any issues he was sure to share that information immediately. He was extremely busy but was able to get us on his schedule and he worked night and day between us and other jobs he had on his schedule. He still always did a quality job on everything. We appreciate his quality work and his professional manners! In this day and culture were company’s are going more toward that the customer is not right, Luis is still a respectful and caring to the value of money and the work that he performs. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have reconstruction projects done on their home for just a remodel or for emergency flooding as we did. Thank you Luis! Job well done. We love it!

We were absolutely the most fortunate of folks to have Luis and Casillas Construction recommended to us. We had a water leak in July 2021 that required remediation and subsequent renovation. We had to wait a month to get on their calendar (because they ensure they take care of EVERY client – and I knew we wanted to be treated like that ourselves), but once it was our turn, that team was all ours. Luis is SUPER responsive – via telephone, email and text. He’s SUPER flexible. Things are arriving, er… no, they’re not arriving. Luis manages jobs that are like revolving three-ring circuses with a great attitude and a never-failing good humor. Our water damage meant that we had repairs required on multiple floors, and due to that damage, we wound up with a virtually new kitchen. Our project was slated for 6 weeks – it went 7, but just because certain ordered items were delayed (we all know what THAT’s like right now, don’t we?) I can personally speak to Luis’s creativity and willingness to incorporate his clients’ personalities into the work. Our kitchen is BEAUTIFUL, and uniquely ours, and the work that was done to create it is sheer craftsmanship. I’ve worked with many contractors who get the job done. Luis and Casillas Construction get the job done CORRECTLY and well. My dad would be impressed – and that’s saying something. I couldn’t recommend Luis and Casillas Construction more highly. Luis and his team dealt with shipping delays, roaming cats, in-and-out neighbors and Queen Anne parking. And still they were on-time and on-budget. We are looking forward to having them back for a couple of bathroom renovations. We figure we’ll let them help some other folks for a couple of months, but then they’re ALL OURS.

Luis is EVERYTHING you want in a contractor! His level of integrity, professionalism, communication, trustworthy and that he sincerely cares is second to none. Luis has completed 2 jobs for me and he his my choice when needing a contractor. I absolutely recommend Casillas Construction to anyone that wants/needs a top contractor.

Always answered back immediately, very knowledgeable on what and how to do work needed. Very flexible on time and came when they said they would. We would use Casillas construction again.
