In the a10 terminal they have a person called partt, a rude person. I tried to speak to her in English and she yelled at me. She was so rude. People like that should not work to serve people. She treated me worse than trash. She speaks Spanish too, but she is rude.

Very poor communications. They came to our place and gave to review the work that needed to be done and said they’d send an estimate. I had to follow up with them to get the estimate and had to contact them multiple times to see when they would come to do the work. They mad two appointments to come do the work and didn’t show up either time and did not either time that they would not be able to make it.

This is a very detailed and organizes company in all phases of construction that they are assigned to. Dedicated Project Managers for each project and they even offer a selections office for when it comes time to pick out your flooring, cabinets, plumbing & lighting fixtures & more. Top notch company.
