10 Stars! 3 J’s and Marlon is a pleasure to work with. Fair, prompt, clean and efficient. He’s built us a beautiful second story deck and extended another one. He repaired siding and flooring where other contractors failed. He fit us in his schedule at a moments notice to repair our roof after a tree fell on it. I trust Marlon and he has earned my repeat business. I will hire him for all my remodeling needs going forward.

I am only half way through a large interior renovation (floating home) project with Marlon and his crew at 3 J’s General Construction, and I can say without hesitation that I would absolutely hire him again. Not only is he talented, creative, reliable, and incredibly hard working, but I have also found him to be a pleasure to work with at every step along the way. Marlon is kind, communicative, dependable, and responsive. He goes above and beyond in his work, keeping the customer’s satisfaction his top priority. He has come up with several innovative solutions to unexpected variables that have come up with my project along the way, and his attitude is always “can do” and upbeat. I asked him yesterday, “Is there anything you can’t do?”, because, honestly, he is a marvel. I am so grateful that the designer I am working with brought Marlon in for the job. I have had other renovations done for me in the past, and I can tell you unequivocally, that this experience has been leaps and bounds above those past jobs. I have total confidence in him, and can’t recommend him highly enough.
