Consider this a cautionary message: working here is far from ideal. If you’re contemplating employment at this place, I strongly urge you to reconsider. The work-life balance is virtually non-existent, the work environment is disorganized and depressing.. Moreover, the atmosphere is hostile, and the leadership is notably inadequate. Unfortunately, this miserable culture is deeply ingrained. Employee well-being is not a priority, contributing to a persistently high turnover rate. I could elaborate, but I’ll conclude by emphasizing this as a warning: run in the opposite direction. YOU’RE WELCOME

This is the construction company building the apartments next to me. Every day I wake up to new scratches on my car parked nearby or my car is covered in dust. The construction workers seem to care less. Stay away from this company. On top of everything I’ve gotten 2 flat tires from their nails in my driveway. X

Avoid this place at all cost. They took almost a month and couldn’t repair my ice maker. Every time they come, they will add up to your next bill, and they said you can stop the service if you wish to. What??? What kind of business is this?

I was disappointed that the technician who came to address a problem with my washing machine only looked at it and said it would need to be replaced immediately. He based this assessment on the age of the machine rather than on its condition. It turns out that all it needed was a part replaced. Fortunately, because of his lackadaisical attitude, I took the initiative to continue my own research and found out that doing the replacement was easier than expected, saving me from spending more than the fee to have the Tech24 tech come out.
