Do not work with this company. They will not pay you. I’m still waiting for payment after 12 months. Do not hire them, they will not pay their subs and you will end up with a bunch of liens on your property. Do not do work for them. You will not be paid.

This company does not pay their sub-contractors! They will approve change orders and even reissue a new contract, lien as soon as possible!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!

As someone else already said, if the employees work the way they drive I plan to avoid them. I was nearly ran off the road on Mountain View with my 2 young children in the car due to their driver. He did not signal to move over and when I realized he was moving over but I was halfway past him I honked. Did that even phase him? Nope. He kept going over not caring. Luckily I was paying attention, unlike him, or there would have been an accident. Teach your driver(s) better before they really do cause an accident.
