Basements Etc was great to work with in finishing our basement and converting our upstairs loft into a bedroom and office. Their team was great at helping us come up with ideas we hadn’t considered for our space. They were easy to reach out to during the project and were good at communicating through each step of the project. We are very happy with the quality of the work that was done.

After looking and getting estimates from several companies we went with Tyler and Chase. They did a fabulous job with our basement and I really appreciate that they heard me and my ideas for the basement while still giving me their professional insight. They were very professional and kept me in the loop with what was going on and their estimated time frame was really accurate. I would recommend this company to everyone!

We had an excellent experience with Tyler and Chase at Basements, Etc. Their communication and work were top notch. We were kept informed and updated on every step of the process. All of our questions and concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. Most importantly, they finished when they said they were going to and within the originally quoted budget. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

I hired ACE CONSTRUCTION to make a kitchenette in our basement. It turned out even better than I imagined. They also painted my entire basement, installed a WD hookup and vent system so that I can rent the basement in the future. Very reliable and trustworthy. I give them 5 stars!

Loved working with these guys. They understand that this is YOUR house they are dealing with and take into account all preferences with *security* of the home during construction, *communication* while the project is ongoing, and any other input you have. I’m definitely more “hands on and perfectionist mindset”. They did a great job keeping me up to speed and happy. Yes, some things had to be “fixed” during construction, but show me a project where that doesn’t have to happen. The fact of the matter is when there were preferential things to fix, they got it done, and quickly! We also made lots of changes to the project as it went along and these guys did a great job to meet our preferences and needs as we threw curveballs at them. Special shout-out to Tyler and Chase for a job well done. Thank you! Would definitely use again if we have another basement build out project in the future. Great customer service!

It has been almost a year since Tyler and his team finished our basement, and I don’t know we we did without a finished basement for so long. The quality of work is great! The team worked quickly, but didn’t rush anything or leave things half done. Tyler especially was super responsive and happy to help with my many questions. During the bidding process, Tyler was upfront and came prepared with numerous ideas to help me maximize the living space, whether it be fitting in extra storage closets, extending hall space, ideas for electrical, etc. Truly very happy with our experience.

Had my basement done with these guys (Jan/Feb 2022) and they did a quality work on time and on budget. They were very accommodating of my requests and conducted themselves very professionally throughout the process. Their crews were fast and efficient. Highly recommended!

After talking to a couple of other companies, we decided to talk to Ace. Tyler was really on the ball. It was apparent from our first meeting with him that he knew what he was talking about and was so organized and efficient. Then we met Bret at the design center and it got even better when he made some suggestions. They were on time, always working, and their subcontractors were just as good. We have been using the basement now for several months and are so glad and grateful for the fine work they did. They also built a storage mezzanine in the garage where we had such high ceilings and wasted space. it has added 2500 cu. ft. of storage area to our home. Fine, fine job.
