Tree fell on our storage shed, destroying it. Joe and his team came and dismantled what was left of the shed and hauled away any trace of it. They also took the time to move the contents of the shed onto the carport (what we expected) and put those contents under our tarp to guard against upcoming rain (beyond what we asked). They did the job for a reasonable price as well. Thanks Joe, and thanks to your two helpers!

I would like to thank 4 Brothers Construction for their superb work on my dad’s roof. When I called they immediately came out and gave us a quote that was beyond reasonable. Shortly after they went straight to work, and did a phenomenal job!!!! I would recommend this company to anyone who is in need of roof work etc, I promise they do not disappoint. My dad was ecstatic and so was I. Thank you guys again for exceeding our expectations!

Thanks to Joe Olvera and his guys for a great job of cutting down our tree and a good clean up job. Call Joe for repairs, remodeling, roofing. He always does a great job. We highly recommend him.

My experience with 4 Brothers Construction was amazing!! Joe and his crew did a fantastic job on my roof. Joe was very helpful throughout the process. He pointed out issues that other companies didn’t notice or brought it to my attention. He also offer to me ridge vent at no extra cost and explain the benefits it offer then going with regular wind turbines. A+++!! Highly recommend this roofing company to others!!

I am convinced that this company is not but a front for a con man. Do no business with him. He will take your money and never return. The legal recourse is quite limited to get your money back. Buyer truly beware.

Do not give him money down to start a job! Two years later, our office is about 40% done and haven’t seen him in a few months. Empty promises, abundance of lies. Apparently integrity is not part of their mission statement.

TLDR: Joe Olvera owes us $11,300 and will not respond to messages or BBB complaint. We signed a contract with Joe Olvera (Four Brothers) for exterior wood work and a garage renovation. In July 2022, we paid $6300 upfront toward the job the. in August 2022 we paid an additional $5000 toward to the job as requested to add a bathroom to the garage project. The start date listed on the contract was Aug. 24, 2002. A few weeks later we decided we would need to move due to unexpected family circumstances. We asked Joe if we could cancel the garage renovation and he said yes. We planned to continue with the exterior woodwork project. There was no refund for the canceled garage project and no work complete for a few months. I continually asked Joe for a refund for half our deposit and he always avoided the question. On Oct. 19th a few workers came to the house and did a small fraction of the agree upon work. No one has ever returned to finish the project. Joe Olvera has had our $11,300 since late July/early August. Although he has said he will return the money and complete the job, he has never sent a refund or scheduled additional work. We have moved out of the house. The job remains incomplete and we have lost a good deal of money. We asked Joe to please complete the job by Dec. 15th before we moved and received no response.

Rather than write an immediate review when our project was done, because what doesn’t look great when its new right? I’ve waited a couple of years to see how the if the quality of work would stand up over time..and it has! Joe and his guys did the siding on our hour and few years ago and we’ve had absolutely no issue problems what so ever since. Rain, wind, and even the great winter storm of 2020, not a single issue. The price was great and the work done was top notch.

Will take your deposit and not do work. Refusing to refund money will not answer texts. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!
