I contacted Load Bearing Wall Pros to remove load bearing wall to partially connect kitchen with dining and living room area in my house from 80’s in Katy as a part of comlete remodel. They just finished today, within 5 hours since they started and even my general contractor who stopped by to check them at work was impressed. The crew was extremely polite, knowledgeble (we had to figure out rerouting of the pipes) and they were fast, efficiently and kept place clean throughout the entire process. I especially appreciate help from crew leads Josh and Isai. Entire process, from the first communication with the office, through the evaluation visit to the finalization of the project was pleasant and easy. Engineering plans, which I requested for the city permit were available within the week from the time of consultation on site. In my opinion, extremely professional company and I am happy with my decision to go with the Load Bearing Wall.

Did a lot of research and had couple other companies come by to provide their input on how to remove the load bearing wall in house before deciding to go with Load Bearing Wall Pros. Josh and Isai with 2 other crews showed up right on time in the morning. They were very professional and put up protective covers all around the work area to prevent dust from getting all over my house. Clean up afterward before leaving as well. Ran into some issues with air duct and gas line in the way but they talked thru it with me and came up with couple workaround options. Overall I was very happy with the work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to remove a load bearing wall.
