WD Metal Buildings 2 months agoWe recently added on to our metal structure from TurnKey Metal Buildings, and once again we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and the end product exceeded our expectations in every way. First and foremost, we are always impressed by the promptness of the team. Jose and his crew really work hard and take their time as it shows in the results. They adhered to the agreed-upon timeline with precision, ensuring that the structure was completed exactly when promised. This level of punctuality not only demonstrates their commitment to customer satisfaction but also their professionalism and reliability which is rare these days. The cleanliness maintained throughout the project was remarkable. Despite the inherently messy nature of construction work, the crew always left the site impeccably clean at the end of each day. This attention to detail not only speaks volumes about their work ethic but also made the entire experience much more pleasant. We are consistently impressed by the conduct of the entire team. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, every interaction was characterized by courtesy, expertise, and a genuine desire to ensure our satisfaction. Working with Wayne has been delightful; he introduced us to novel concepts we hadn’t considered, while also being receptive to ideas we proposed that were outside their usual scope. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience withTurnKey Metal Buildings. WaveFire Construction 2 months agoCalled both numbers on office door and no answer. Left messages on both voicemails and no response. Text both numbers also no response. Stopped at their office it was locked and no one was there. If I could leave zero stars I would. I was looking to have a major project done and they just must not like money. Take your business elsewhere. I did. Update: Jack reached out to me after being informed of my review and he honestly sounds like a good guy. I understand the construction world having been a contractor myself for over a decade. Sometimes you get so overwhelmed its hard to field every call or question. I feel like he was sincere in his apology and have set up a time to meet with them over work I still need done. I hate to give bad reviews as I know it can affect someones livelihood in a negative way. This is a review that is still ongoing. I feel a little better after having actually spoken to someone and will keep everyone posted on my experience with WaveFire moving forward.
