Awesome builder and Team… Their homes have an amazing design inside and out very peaceful and enjoyable, makes you feel right at home…. loved the details and time they put into the house. Door handles and color palettes are a beautiful touch of elegance. Also the team is full of great people, smiles, very welcoming and understanding. I am amazed by the service.Paulina is always pushing for the best customer and the best experience ever.Open houses are the best way to get a foot in and see what I’m talking about.

One Sunday afternoon, we decided to walk into the Open House of the most unique house we had ever seen. From that day on, we knew we would build our forever home with the Structure Team. Ronnie, Hector, and Servando were an amazing group to work with and our house is so, SO beautiful. We never dreamed of being able to build a home (the process is intimidating for most people), but not with Structure. They will walk you through the process from beginning to end, and be with you every step of the way. What we loved the most, was being to able to tell Ronnie EXACTLY what we envisioned and he made it possible. Our house is also one of a kind. There is no other house that looks like ours, and we know it because people stop to look at our house every single day lol. If you want a home that is unique and one of a kind?? Then choose Structure! If you want your home to look like everybody else’s?? Then go with other guys!

My home building experience was phenomenal from start to end. The whole Structure Team was nothing but amazing. They guided me through the process and were very attentive. I was very educated every step of the way from floor plans, budget, design and the whole process. Love that our home is energy efficient and feels like a yeti cooler with my temperature set at 78, it’s amazing!! Was updated weekly on the status of my home and were very responsive to my questions and concerns. The design of my home is exceptional. They made building fun exciting and educational for my kids. I highly recommend Structure, you couldn’t ask for a better builder. Ronnie’s honesty and sincerity is the best. Thank you so much for my beautiful home!!!

We hired this company to provide a full set of plans to include details, we did not get this. After numerous emails back and forth where they acknowledge pending items we still did not get what we paid for. I would not recommend this company

This is the best home builder i’ve worked with in the valley. Highly recommended. If you get a chance stop by Jackson Heights and look at all of his products.
