I wish there were more exceptional words to describe Ihor and his Art Village Team. It is the ultimate experience to work with them, every detail is intentionally thought out and you can literally feel the warmth + love that goes into an Art Village home the moment you step foot in the front door. To own one of their homes is to feel a sense of pride and honor. To know Ihor is to know a contagious passion for handcrafted quality. I like to refer to their designs as “A work of heart.”

I want to say that working with Art Village LLC and Igor Stepanov was awesome! They helped many clients build their dream homes and I had a pleasure to work with Igor’s team. The house they built is so stylish and amazing! They really paid attention to every detail, and it shows. The house is not just beautiful, but it’s also super comfy and functional. The materials they used are top quality, and the finishes are really cool. In a nutshell, if you want to build your dream home, you should definitely go with Art Village LLC and Igor Stepanov. Ihor and his team have been a pleasure to work with. If you want a to achieve a truly “custom home” building experience they are the the team to work with. They have welcomed all our custom requests and input on everything. Their 3D Design service was exceptional and they were able to help us visualize our home. Rather than pushing back, Art Village has embraced and encouraged us throughout the entire process. The exceptional quality and professionalism of the entire team elevated the entire experience which I am confident will ultimately deliver a home that will exceeded our expectations.
