Greenlight Restoration Solutions (GRS) came to us due to a water-damage event which occurred in our relatively new home. Braden and his team were prompt and very professional. Care and respect were shown for all our home items, as access to the wall and ceiling dictated the moving and covering of the washer, dryer, and freezer, as well as all of the things we have stored in the utility room. The team quickly surveyed the water damage and set up equipment to dry out the walls and studs to eliminate the chance of mold developing. We have been nothing but pleased with the work GRS has provided. We would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of water damage mitigation.

GRS Pros has just completed a complete remodel of our master bathroom. We had three significant issues with access due to health / mobility issues. Two doorways were very narrow and the shower was too small to safely accommodate a shower chair. One doorway was significantly widened. Second doorway was eliminated completely. Existing shower, garden tub and old vanity were removed. New vanity (w/ sinks and fixtures), new light fixtures, and an all new walk-in shower with no step entry and dual wall mounted and hand held shower heads, with a built-in bench seat. Casey Perigo was our Project Manager and Ramon was the lead construction manager. Both did an EXCELLENT job keeping us informed as to work completed and next step scheduling. Project started Feb 14th. Last punch list items completing today.

Casey’s attention to detail ensured that every aspect of the project was completed to perfection. The communication throughout the process made the entire experience seamless. I just want to give 5 stars to Matt, Nate and Braden. They all did a great job. Matt is very patient and explained every step they were working on, so we could understand what was taking place to clear up a leak in our bathroom. Great Job Matt, Nate and Braden!!!
