I had issues with flooding of the backyard but didn’t think much of it at the time so I ended up paying out of pocket to fix it. I also had water damage to one of the walls in the restroom and again paid out of pocket to fix it. Two years into having built the house, I realized water was coming through the roof and had damaged the ceiling. I have been trying to get in contact with someone to come have a look since I thought the roof would have a longer term warranty but I realized after reading the rest of the reviews that I will probably not be getting a call back and will be having to fix it myself again. Horrible experience.

Not even 2 years yet with our built home by Camelot Design and this just shows you how they do things. Half fast jobs in every part in building our “dream home”. We now have plants growing inside our home from bad construction!!

Horrible experience with Camelot, from short cuts to BAD labor. They built my home, and I am extremely disappointed of how bad of a job they did. We have complained MANY times and they don’t take anything seriously. I would never ever recommend Camelot to anyone! It has cost us a lot of money to fix things they did wrong. It’s been a complete mess. I don’t understand how they’re still building homes. Excuses and lies is all Camelot has said to us.

Nightmare experience!!!! Spent over 9 months dealing with them and the loan officer that could never get us closed out. Always seemed that we were closing next week and never did. They had zero communication with us and never returned our phone calls.
