Walter and Sons Construction & Remodeling Services 3 months agoI decided on Thursday that I needed a pergola to shield my porch from the afternoon sun. I called Walter & Sons after perusing “General Contractors” on google. Richard came on Friday to look at the area. By late that afternoon I received a reasonable bid. The cedar lumber was dropped off on Monday. Tuesday they built my pergola with solar fabric screens. They were very thorough and professional. I’m thrilled that I now have a shady porch that is built to last. I’ll be hiring them again when my porch needs to be replaced.

Victory Building Team a year agoI just called this group three times just now (15 Dec 2022) to talk to them about doing a new build out for me . Could not get anyone to answer thier phones. Not even the operator. Very unprofessional.

Unique Remodeling and Demolition 9 months agoThis business did a horrible unfinished job. They were supposed to come back and do walk through after paint dried to look at what needed repaired. Never called we had to reach out to them. They came almost a week later didn’t fix anything. Have pics. Siding and boards they out are halfway coming off.Told them just wanted leftover paint so we could finish the paint job and the rest but that they failed to do right. No response probably because he used the leftover paint to paint my co workers house that’s exactly the same color. Never provided invoice per the contract at the end. They used my trash cans for debris in which in the contract said they would provide dumpster. Workers left trash in my yard huge nails in my driveway where we park. Very unprofessional company.

Torres Remodeling Inc a month agoI have read numerous positive reviews about Torres Remodeling, leading me to believe that they would be a trustworthy business to employ. I have since come to find that this is not the case. We had agreed upon a start date for a shower/tub remodeling job two weeks in advance and I made appropriate arrangements and accommodations in my own schedule to facilitate the promised starting date and time. Two days before the start date, I received just one vague text message from Mr. Torres which only stated to call him when I got a chance, with no mention of him having to reschedule my job or possibly misspeaking about his availability. I naturally assumed he wanted me to call him regarding possible questions about the aesthetics or maybe the materials/designs I wanted, and if it was something very important as rescheduling the job, he would mention the urgency of the matter and attempt to reach out to me more than once and with more details. The morning of the start day, he failed to show, and no attempt was made by Mr. Torres or a representative of his company to me by call, text, email, or written notice about his absence. After waiting for a two hours, I reached out to Mr. Torres asking what time he was going to show, and he quickly responded he had “additional work” and would “be there next Monday”, a week later then what we had agreed upon between us. This is a clear example of poor communication and a lack of integrity. If you hire this company, do not expect them to keep their promises. You will only end up wasting your time.

TLC CONSTRUCTION, LLC a month agoAll worker was done well. Workers were polite. Cabinets are of high quality. Price was very reasonable. Enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend this company

Titan Construction & Painting a month agoI had a wall get built with a large arch entry and bookshelves. The pricing from Titan construction was fair value and they delivered exactly what we had asked for. Pete the owner was communicative through the entire process, with any questions or suggestions that came up. The final product came out great and any concern that was discussed was fixed on the spot. If I have any other projects I’d definitely go with Titan construction again.
