Huge thanks to Josh Gothia and Kristian Lopez for delivering the newest branch in the Farmers Credit Union portfolio at 104 Sundance Parkway in Round Rock. I’m so impressed with the level of customer service, the creative problem solving, and the can-do attitude! We required a lot of hand-holding for the project, but PinPoint helped with everything from Permit to ATM and Furniture install, in addition Construction from cold shell. When supply chain issues challenged our schedule, Josh hopped on the phone, and through sheer tenacity, was able to reach the manufacturer at the Executive level, and getting us back on track (with a credit for the materials!). The final result is stellar, when I flew in from LA for the big reveal, I was elated to see that the space looked even better than the bi-weekly progress photos. I cannot recommend PinPoint highly enough, I only hope for another project in the Austin area so I can work with them again, Rashelle Fisher, Sr. Project Manager, Farmers Insurance

Pinpoint Strategies installed a wall, hung drywall, painted and hung shelves. The entire team was awesome! They were on time, on budget, super professional and friendly. Kevin- is a man of his word and went above and beyond for our company. I would use them again without hesitation and highly recommend this company…from big jobs to small. They will take care of you!

My goodness I don’t even know where to begin! I’m the owner of Raw fitness and Hired Pinpoint strategies to handle the buildout of my first locations. They not only knocked it out of the park they went above and beyond. Josh Olson each and every week took care of everything and made sure the job went very smooth. He was very reassuring throughout the process even with Covid making sure safety was priority and eliminating any delays that may have came out way. Kevin who was onsite each day kept all the guys and team in line and very very organized. They all were extremely respectful, professional and very efficient! I got daily email updates and re-caps of the day with pictures included and that was amazing. Every day I knew what was going on, what got completed and what was next on our knock off list! Pinpoint 100 percent took care of me and the entire buildout from start to finish. I will without a doubt hire the for the next 5 of my locations. Josh, Kevin and then team at pinpoint strategies thank you for incredible top of the line service! I highly recommend Josh and his team.

The staff is always great to work with. They provide great customer service and go above and beyond for clients. They check in often while working on a project and keep us updated of progress. We are always pleased with the outcome from them. Would recommend them for sure!

I will never do work with this company and I suggest you dont either ,about a month ago I called in to acquire information about a project we were going to start in the San Antonio area and Josh Olson was the rudest man I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. We went with a different company who did great. which reminded me that i needed to write this. Read other reviews you will see that the staff has a history of being rude to potential customers.

I have worked closely with Josh and Kristian at Pinpoint Strategies on several projects. I cannot speak highly enough of their integrity and quality of work. The two biggest qualities I look for in my subcontractors are for them to answer their phones and do what they say they will do, this group is a master of both. Don’t hesitate to work with Pinpoint, you will regret it if you don’t reach out to them.
