Honest service. This was a warranty request, and they owned it. A few more piers are needed, but cost is reasonable. Jimmy was through, good at explaining, and fun to talk to.

Stay away, they are only about driving more business for themselves. Can not tell the difference between cosmetic cracks and actual foundational issues. Told me I needed 6 piers for my foundation due to structural cracks. After I had a structural engineer come out, they were Shocked at IFR’s recommendation as there is nothing wrong with my foundation, thank goodness I was under a builder warrant. I did not pay for your services, I was just subjected to your report as the seller of the house that you were trying to have pay for unnecessary repairs. . There is only one ifrdfw,com.
