After waiting 1 year to get them to finish the 30 day walk through items, we discovered that they screwed up the brick on the back of the house and we now have water damage in our wall, on the trim and in our floor. It took another year to get the floor replaced from the damage and we still have mold in the trim and they want to just paint over it instead of replacing the $3 trim. Very unprofessional, they lie and do very poor quality work. If we can get anyone to respond or show up they all blame shift and do nothing.

We love our home, but it has multiple issues. I sent Bluesky an email over a month ago about these issues, and I still haven’t heard from anyone. My home has some type of electrical problem in which a light switch will turn off another light in a different room. Our irrigation system hasn’t worked in over seven weeks. The HOA is none existing. They will not return emails or phone calls but will send a letter if you forget to send a 135.00 payment. One of our bathtubs has a judge defect, which we brought up before and is still not fixed. Our master shower has had a crack going up the wall since we moved in almost a year ago. We have been told that someone will come out to fix it.
