I live in a single story and 2 story townhome complex. 4 of us on our housing row used Sunbelt. Sunbelt has the best prices. Doug, the owner, shows up on time. I signed my contract in December 2022 and was well aware that it would be months before my room would be started. My deck was started early May. The guys do a great job. They show up and put in a full days work. There was a little delay waiting for the screen room to come in. All together my deck and screen room were finished in 3 weeks. Excellent work and I love it. The other 3 are also very happy with their screen rooms. I highly recommend this company.

I saw you for the first time in 25 years. Life has been SO GOOD TO YOU. WE USE TO BE SUCH CLOSE NEIGHBORS. I ONLY HOPE AND PRAY THAT I DIDNT INFRINGING IN ANY WAY. WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOU AGAIN IN ANY WAY. WE USE TO BE SO CLOSE.

Had a patio installed by Mr Doug and his crew. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Our patio came out beautiful.

After going through two local contractors who never showed up to build a deck and roof over it, I drove to the Sunbelt Products, Inc showroom to see what they had to offer. I was met by Stephanie who was friendly, professional and very knowledgable in what Sunbelt Products, Inc could do for me. She showed me around their showroom and brought out examples, explained color choices, and an array of options. Stephanie also introduced me to Bobby the electrician that stopped in. She then scheduled the owner, Doug to come out and give me an estimate. Doug arrived on time, and gave me a thorough explanation of how the deck and aluminum roof over head would be done. He brought his notebook and showed me many pictures of their impressive work, and attention to detail. I explained everything I wanted, and he stated he could do that, and satisfaction would be guaranteed. I signed the contract, and sure enough as promised the crew, (Doug, Jim, and Tony) arrived and began to build my deck. The did an amazing job building the deck, a gate, and a much needed sun panel. The aluminum roof was installed and Bobby came out and wired my ceiling fan, a few lights, and an additional electrical outlet. There was even two minor changes that I wanted, and Doug was happy to accommodate. The team at Sunbelt Products, Inc are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jimmy did an amazing job, paying particular attention to detail. This project was to happen back in May of 2020, after the first contractor never showed after many excuses, I signed with the second contractor, and again several excuses why start dates were missed, he then just stopped communicating. So on the third contractor, Sunbelt Products, Inc had the entire project done in sixteen days. Aside from one day of rain these guys showed up every promised day to build my outdoor escape, and did an amazing job. I’d highly recommend them for all your deck, and aluminum roof needs…. and like Doug said, I would be completely satisfied, and I am. Thank you Doug, Stephanie, Jimmy, Bobby and Tony.
