I recently had the pleasure of working with AJ and his crew at Jettapro Construction. It’s been about 2 months since the project was complete and I still love every bit of it. For a little background, my husband and I first noticed that our water bill was high and we tracked that down to a leaky toilet. Since we were planning to replace the toilet we decided to replace the floor with a cheap peel and stick, but when we pulled up the old flooring we found a water leak from our fiberglass shower. After a lot of thought we decided we could take on a bathroom remodel ourselves. We took down a wall and demo’d the floor, bathtub, and shower. In doing this we discovered a space behind our shower that was above our garage. Turns out we had bats in that space and because bats are a protected species we had to completely close down our project for several months. Once the bats had been evicted and we had gotten back work in the bathroom we had lost all our steam. Life was too busy. I called several contractors in to look at the project. Jettapro’s estimate was right in line with anll other quotes. I chose Jettapro because I felt comfortable with AJ. He listened to my thoughts and did not put down my ideas even if they were a little crazy. lol Also, he did not try to put down other contractors. Over the course of the project there were hundreds of decisions to be made and I could always count on AJ to help steer me in the right direction. I especially liked that anytime I made a change to the project that would make a change to my estimate, AJ updated the estimate and waited for my approval before making the final change. There were no surprises when it came time for the final bill. He also worked with me several times when changes need to be made outside our control. I never felt cheated. The team was nothing short of amazing. First, our cabinets were painted by Krystal. She was friendly and professional. The light color completely brightens up the space. I’m already making plans to do the kitchen cabinets as well. To top it off AJ completed the measurements and ordered new cabinet tops. All I had to do was pick the materials. He brought samples to my house and left them for several days instead of me buying them online or going back and forth to the store 100 times. Carlos and his team completed the tile work within a week. The men showed up everyday on time and worked until dark. They were especially meticulous with making sure the wall tile was straight so that the seamless glass would go in with ease. The finished product is perfect. Hector, the electrician, came originally to install and move lights and light switches. Since we had him at the house we asked for him to run a CAT6 line run from the basement to a 2nd floor closet in the middle of the house. He had that taken care of in an afternoon. After that, we also had him install a second breaker so that we can expand into the basement in the future. Hector found that our house had no grounding wire and that is was a likely culprit for several electrical issues we had experienced for years. He installed them for us as well. AJs secret weapon in a man named Luis. He came in and painted, put in quarter round, caulked, spackled, and took care of all the little detail work. He was meticulous. Anywhere that I look I can see the time and attention he paid to making sure everything is perfect. Normally after a project is complete there are tiny things that bug me sometimes for years. Luis made sure that all the tiny details were taken care of. As with any project there were hiccups along the way. The plumbing leaked at one point. AJ and his team were on it immediately. The bathtub didn’t look like it would fit. AJ was at my house within an hour. Most notably the first glass guy bailed on us which caused the finished project to be delayed a bit. AJ took care of it and had a new glass guy at the house as soon as possible, and kept me updated on the new timeframe. I will definitely be working with Jettapro again in the future on several projects.

I have been working with Jettapro on rehab jobs for a while now and I can’t say enough good things about this company. They have completed over 14 jobs for our team and we are always happy with the results. They go above and beyond and go the extra mile to make sure the job is perfect. Chad and Carlos are great to work with and the owner AJ is very involved in the process as well. If you’re looking for a licensed GC in the area, these are your guys!
