Pete came out to quote a project or two at my place. Was quick to arrive and confident in what he could do. Said he was interested in the project and would get back to me with details. Disappeared and never heard back for months. When I followed up he said he no longer could do it. Was very vague. Disappointed in the communication and follow through

Pete came recommended. He scheduled our bathroom remodel job in between an existing job. He was vague with the material we needed, not very personable or friendly, and we ended up very disappointed with part of the job. Our shower tile is not very level meaning it pops out in places and the grout is SO uneven. The grout lines are so thick in some places you can’t see the seams or corners of the tile. I wouldn’t even want him to try to fix it. Also, he came back to caulk the corners of the shower and completely forgot to do one of them. When he installed our transition piece it’s not even with the door. The flooring and trim he installed looks good.
