If you want it done right and on time, please call Gate Beautiful Construction. From the initial design phase all the way to completion we were very happy. Special thanks to Anya and Ken….extremely professional and helpful. Adam was our guy that we saw the most and he was on it; hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable. They transformed the upper half story of our Cape Cod into a bright, massive primary suite. Huge walk in closet, great bathroom, all while working with a lot of different angles and height adjustments. Just a great job all the way around! Thanks again, Chris and Angie

GBC did a wonderful job with my home renovation! Ken and Anya were incredibly insightful, organized, and helpful every step of the way. They have the ability to come up with great ideas at any price point. Ken’s craftsmanship is superb and he stands by his work. You are provided a timeline for your project and GBC is on target with their estimated completion dates. Estimated costs are right on target and their are no surprises with the cost of the project. GBC has excellent communication with their clients every step of the way. I am pleased with my project and would not change a thing! I will definately hire them again for my next project!

We had a great experience with Gate Beautiful Construction when they renovated our kitchen. We live in 100+ year old row home in Lancaster City. It was a quirky, small space. They knocked down a wall to make more space. It has been a year and a half, and we are still in love with the work they did. It was easy to work with them and they carefully listened to what we had to say. They were flexible with design and choice of materials. They gave us ideas as a springboard and encouraged us to be active participants in the process. We would highly recommend this company!

Every review that I have done involved one to five star reviews, so I chose five categories. Category one, Design 5 stars. They got the most use out of our 200 sq. ft. kitchen. Category 2, in budget which we had a tight budget 5 stars. Category 3 , workmanship with their people 4 stars. Category 4 workmanship from outside sources 3 stars. Category 5 communication 1 star. Bottom line, Anya and Ken are wonderful people but you need to communicate and stay on top of things.

It was a pleasure to work with Gate beautiful. Prior to working with them for our remodel, I had started doing some researching to see what all I would need to do. It was a lot and potentially would have been more expensive. Gate beautiful was able to go from “A to Z”. They were very detailed, listened and very willing to work with us and who may have wanted to work with. They were great at keeping us to our budget and realistic about what we could or couldn’t do inside of that budget. Quality work for sure!

Our family loved working with Anya, Ken and everyone at Gate Beautiful! We had a renovation project in mind as we started to get estimates from several general contractors/builders. It was Gate Beautiful though that took it to a different level and saw a vision for our project that blew us away and did not seem possible. That is exactly why we opted to go with them. Throughout the project, one of our favorite things was seeing and working with their crew (Josh, Adam and Caleb) day in and day out to get everything just the way we wanted it. They were ALWAYS willing to pivot and make changes as we saw things come together. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was excellent. Our weekly meetings with Anya and Ken were so helpful to ease our anxiety of all of the moving parts that happen on a project of our size. Anya was particularly helpful to me as she offered suggestions and shared her experience with things that helped me to become comfortable with every little decision that needed to be made. They truly became friends that we trusted and enjoyed working with in creating the dream space that we have been looking for for years in different houses. Gate Beautiful allowed us to have it all right in our own home.

I’ve known Ken and Anya and much of their team for years and they are wonderful people. They put their heart and soul into their work, and it shows. I would recommend having a conversation with them with anyone looking for a build or reno project. They’ve built a solid team and system to be sure their projects are stand out. It shows.

Gate Beautiful not only performed the work above and beyond our expectations, but the entire process from planning to selections of materials to finishing details was actually enjoyable. The entire team was polite, professional, and respectful. It was almost like working with family. I will definitely give them a call if I ever have another project.
