Post- Build Update: 5/12/20 The house is complete and we have lived in our home for over six months. The quality of their build continued to be evident from start to finish (really). Baxter Builders continues to be responsive to our requests and has been a pleasure to work with throughout the entire build process. They continue to do what they say their going to do on time and within budget. We were so impressed with their work on our house that we selected Baxter Builders to build our 55 X 35 shop. Although Baxter Builders was not the lowest price bidder for our construction projects, hindsight has proven they were by far the BEST value. I would literally not hesitate to hire them again to construct our next home. ==================================== Baxter Builders is in the process of building our new home and they have been a delight to work with. There are a TON of details associated with building a house and Brody has been on top of every one of them. He actively listens to what we have to say and makes best practice recommendations to keep the project moving forward. I REALLY like his “can do” spirit and ability to move the project forward even when Mother Nature gives us 2+ feet of snow. Delighted to have Baxter Builders as our general contractor and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We’ve been working with Brody and Baxter Builders for over a year in the planning of our new home and with the actual build beginning in March of this year. We are now less than 30 days from completion and move-in. Looking back on the experience thus far, Brody and the Baxter Builders team (including subs) have been an extreme pleasure to work with. Everyone of them have been focused on the quality and craftsmanship of our home which has met and exceeded our high expectations. Throughout the process, they have consistently and patiently listened to our inputs and requests and have made suggestions to improve our home in ways we never would have thought of on our own. The entire Baxter Builders Team is committed to doing the “right things right” and it shows in their work as well as in our home. One of the core values that we sincerely appreciate about Brody and the Baxter Builders team (including subs) is that they are encouraged to go above and beyond what’s simply required, to provide us with a home that is a testimony to their dedication and craftsmanship. Our home will be finished and delivered on-time within the original build schedule (this alone says a lot…). After working with Brody and the Baxter Builders team for more than a year, I would hire them all over again (without reservation) as our “builder of choice”.

We moved into our Baxter built house last month and are very happy. The house was built on timeline, under budget, super comfortable, and way more solid than we ever expected. Brody Baxter listened to everything we said recording all design choices on a dropbox site that included a detailed build scheduled. Brody is awesome to work with and highly recommend Baxter Builders for your project. One difference from other builders is that Baxter Builders have their own framing, siding, painting, and finish carpenters so less work needs to be sub-contracted and the schedule is more likely to be on time. We were impressed with the craftsmanship of all Baxter employees. A special thanks goes to site supervisor Keith who was onsite every day and also super awesome to work with. We really believe that between Brody, Keith, and crew they could build anything.

I built a home last year with Brody and his team, on time and under budget. I was very impressed with the attention to detail and amount of support I received throughout the build. I highly recomend Baxter builders.
