These business owners are liars and cheats. They own an antique mall and are still screwing over vendors. Bouncing checks and evicting without reason. Please see the recent article on Memory Den in the Willamette Week . The Facklers are thieves and not good business people.

Fackler Construction Company. I gave them a call regarding doing painting services for the company. Would love to work side by side with a professional custom builder like Fackler construction!! They do very high end custom building projects and think outside the box when it comes to construction! 😃

Had a 3pm appointment for an estimate on mobile home repairs. 3:30pm call with no answer. I understand things happen but at least make a phone call so customer isn’t waiting.

We hired them in October since they said they could get the job done by Christmas. It is March 16th and they still haven’t finished the job. They installed a faulty hood in January and knew it didn’t work then and still haven’t resolved it. They try to overcharge you and give no explanation for their bills. They installed windows that LEAK! They tried to not put I. Insulation, their electrician did some very questionable things, that my father and I spent hours trying to fix. They never communicate until you get on top of them. Do yourself a favor and don’t do business with these guys… Update: 4-16-21 Fackler completed the project and fixed all the issues. They also went above and beyond and painted the exterior of my house and put up new gutters. They did a fantastic job finishing the kitchen and exterior of the house. While it was a stressful project in the beginning I would have to say I would recommend them in the future.

Fackler Construction Company recently completed work on enclosing my carport and adding a storage shed to the back of my home. I could not be more pleased with the results. The modifications appear to have been part of the original architectural plan and have enhanced the appearance of my home. In addition, the quality and attention to detail were superb. It has been a pleasure working with this company.

Small job for Fackler Cons., but a big concern for us. Ray led us through the process; what might be discovered, expected cost, etc. Turned out to be a leak and water damage affecting the lower corner of a window, the trim and siding. Caleb and Dillon did the repair in half a day! Excellent service and guidance through this whole experience. Left the worksite clean. I will gladly use Fackler Construction on any future work we need done on our home.
