I would have left five stars but due to the salesman I’m leaving four. The foreman and his crew were awesome, they had great communication. Les and his team at the Hermiston branch did great quality work, were punctual, and were patient enough to answer all of our questions. Les and his crew made this process much easier then the salesman. The salesman had very poor communication, gave us a three day notice to clear vegetation on the job site-no where in the contract does it say you need to clear 6-8 ft extra around the building. Also asked two days prior to job starting to get a couple loads a gravel. All this information would of been helpful a few weeks prior-not days. The salesman waited three days prior to come visit the job site.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their lack of communication once down payment was received and the customer service due to their lack of upholding their side of the contract has been nothing but an issue. I have contacted the branch manager in Hermiston, OR and his Boss in I believe ID or MT neither of them have rectified the situation and we were told we would receive a call back to fix the problem it’s been 2 weeks and we’ve heard nothing. I will spare all of the details, but knowing what we know now talking to other people who have had interactions with this manager and this company we would have NEVER considered using them. They have been unreasonable demeaning and completely unprofessional. Contracts are in place to protect both the purchaser and the seller. The subcontractor they use didn’t have the product they promised us for the price or in the time frame we signed the org contract for. short version of a long story. The boss from ID or MT told me “We said we have a starting date, but I can drag this out as long as we need to. No contractor is going to give you a completion date.” This is just one example of the many we have. Consider doing your research and asking around before looking into this company.
