can’t say enough good things about this company. I called the owner Carlos and him and a team showed up within a few days and gave me a great quote for a bathroom remodel, new plumbing, and a few other odd jobs around a new house I had just bought. His team really understands the value of that NYE gritty and professionalism and after long days and even working through the night they had my place looking brand new and ready to move in. I would 10/10 recommend Our House contracting and construction to any of my close friends or family

This is the second time they’ve come by to fix something for us. They replaced our weak balcony supports. They’re always friendly and make sure that we’re happy with their work. I’m considering hiring them for another project soon. Would definitely recommend.

Our House Contracting just finished up our second story deck, and I could not have asked for a better experience or outcome! Steve, the project manager, was a joy to work with. He listened to our ideas, offered great feedback and solutions, was patient with our questions and concerns along the way, and helped us save costs wherever we could. The team showed up on time every day, worked a full day, and built an absolutely beautiful and very sturdy deck. I will be calling Our House Contracting again, and I highly recommend them for any project you may be considering.

Our House Contracting recently helped us with our bathroom renovation, removing everything down to the subfloor and installing the new tub, toilet and fixtures. Steve and Carlos were great to work with! They quoted us a very competitive price, worked around my husband’s schedule so he could complete the tiling that he wanted to do himself, got the work done quickly, and saw to it that things were done right. Steve was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would be happy to work with Our House Contracting again on future projects.

Our House Contracting is a prime example of professionalism, with a genuine empathy where you need it most; in your own home. Customer service of this caliber is hard to come by, and as most folks who’ve lived over a couple decades knows; quality service providers of any ilk, (let alone within the home-contractors sectors,) is a blessing, and a diamond in the rough. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alex and Carlos Azpeitia on a couple of projects that were dear to my heart, as they involved my mothers home. They were kind, courteous, hard-working and cleaned-up after themselves to a level that exceeded my mother’s expectations. Didn’t give y’all a “perfect-5 stars” because nobody’s perfect😬Thanks again Alex and Carlos!
