Our family hired OK Innovative Construction INC (John Fowler) to build our dream home. After meeting with a couple of contractors OK INNOVATIVE CONSTRUCTIONS INC was the only one who could build our dream home that we wanted. John was able to help us create a floorplan were we could have my parents live with us and we could all have our own space under 1 roof. John walked us thru the whole process, explained in detail and answered all our questions in a timely manner. WE LOVE OUR DREAM HOME THAT THEY HAVE BUILT FOR US. We highly recommend them to BUILD YOUR DREAM HOME!!!!!💜

OK Innovative Construction built our dream pool house with an attached garage. If we could give this company more than 5 stars we would! John Fowler made a good impression from the very first time we met. He was upfront and honest during the design, contract signing, right down to the final inspection. John took his time to explain every detail and was patient and understanding when we asked a lot questions. He was focused on making sure the design was exactly what we wanted, which was extremely important to my family. When construction began and throughout the build, John ensured if he had workers on sight, he was there or available to direct traffic, answer questions, and keep the ball rolling. OK Innovative Construction’s building standards far exceeded expectations, and because of John’s knowledge of current building codes, the final inspection process a breeze. John’s experience and hands on approach made unforeseen challenges seem simple to overcome. We would highly recommend Mr. John Fowler and OK Innovation Construction on any project you are considering, and we will absolutely use them for our future projects.

OK Innovative Construction built us our forever home and we could not have been more pleased with the final product and process. Even in the middle of Covid price changes and delays, John was able to keep the build process on schedule and was very involved throughout the entire process to ensure everything was done right and to the way we wanted to meet the needs of our family of 5. This is a review you MUST read!! John went ABOVE and BEYOND for our house. You see Halloween last year we had a few pipes bust and we had a massive flood which caused our ceiling in our dining room and kitchen to collapse. Which in turn our air ducts filled up with water because they were in our concrete slab. Our insurance offered a ridiculously small amount for the repairs. I started to call contractors and all of them kept saying that we could probably just contract everything out ourselves. I called John, he came out and assessed damage asked what type of air ducts we had, and we told him we have transite pipes. Did you know transite is asbestos- concrete? Our air ducts had water in all of them, which in turn compromised the pipe and asbestos fibers were released all in our home and we lost everything. If I had done what all the other contractors had advised, we still would be living inside a house full of asbestos. John really did his research and was very thorough with every detail of our house. John fought with our insurance for over 3 months, for testing on our house and making sure our family and his crew was safe. Once we got the results that we had such high dangerous levels of asbestos. Insurance finally got it together. John and his crew worked for hard for our house. He was able to get insurance to do what was right. He went the extra mile and fought for the health and safety of our family and we are truly forever grateful to him. Our house is beautiful and could not ask for a better contractor. If you do not higher him after reading this review your crazy. He fights for what is right and makes sure you are happy with every detail. He gave us our dream home. Thank you for all your hard work, from my family we are truly grateful.

They built a custom home for our family. John is great. He made sure we understood what was and would happen on every level of the build. He also handled any problems we came up against immediately. Great company and great person.
