I had this company replace my main drain pipe over last year. I am having the same issues again. Sewer is backing up again. The company gave us warranty for their work unfortunately, now they can not honor their warranty. Its a new business name. I paid over $5K and now I am stuck with the same problem. Folks be careful.

Update: May 2022. After what i thought was a terrific job well done, time has passed & it is leaking. It is ruining our driveway. I have tried multiple times to get a hold of them but they have gone out of business. We are left to now hire another company and pay again for a job that should have been done right! I am disabled and my husband is a mail carrier & we don’t have the funds to do this. I called the parent company Windsor & sent many letters & emails & they refuse to answer or help. So please steer clear of WINDSOR COMPANIES! THIS IS MY INITIAL REVIEW: I can’t give enough praise to Jeremy & his crew for the awesome job they did installing the plumbing sump pump & drain spout lines under the sidewalk to the street. I had all ready had 4 other estimates. No other company came close to the price or kind, caring & professional attitude Jeremy & his crew had towards me & my husband. I was overwhelmed with how deeply they care about their customers. Jody also was so very sweet with helping me with the paperwork and payment. The quality and workmanship they did was by far beyond what I ever expected. Jeremy made sure every detail was attended to and the he & Brandon and Brandon are the hardest workers you will ever see! They also were so prompt and courteous & so kind. I highly recommend The Windsor Companies for any job you might have…the whole team will exceed your expectations & I look forward to working with them again for other projects!

Windsor did a great job with our hotel renovation plumbing work. Out of so many plumbing companies that our firm have done and doing business with, Windsor is among the very best to work with. They are efficient, diligent to secure permits and allocate personnel for the job. Understand time constrain that associated with our project. Quick response to take care of small problems that arise during our renovation. Wonderful top tier skillful work crew and great people to work with.

We needed the water main replaced at our home. After 5 estimates and chats with reps. I decided to go with Windsor. The rep understood how my home was built and we had like minds on how to proceed with repairs. The crew was outstanding who came out to do the repair.
