Kettering Bath & Basement Remodeling 4 years agoCalled to get a quote on a basement remodel and the first thing they asked was who was living in the home with me and what their names were…….what does that have to do with my basement remodel? A strange question to ask in my opinion and intrusive whether they were trying to be familiar or not.

Josh’s Handy 4 Hire 3 days agoAfter an extremely long search for someone to renovate 2 bathrooms, I finally ran across Josh and his wife Lynn. Immediately following our first meeting I knew this was the one! Both the master and hall baths were complete guts accomplished back-to-back. It would be impossible to be any happier with the completed projects. Josh and Lynn are both perfectionist and have the latest equipment available. Their air scrubbing systems were flawless – I literally had no construction dust settling around the house. They made the entire project effortless for me and their level of communication was most appreciated! I couldn’t possible give them a higher review – flawless!! If you want the best renovation contractor out there, hassle free without the drama – Josh and Lynn are the team. Thanks so much, I will be enjoying the efforts of you labor for decades to come!

Craftsmen Home Improvements, Inc. a month agoWe had two bathrooms remodeled, one of which was a complete redesign involving closing up a doorway wall, along with reconfiguration of plumbing and wiring. We had previously used Craftsmen 25 years ago for a kitchen remodel. Because I knew of their workmanship, I didn’t even get other estimates. The bathrooms are absolutely gorgeous. Tyler Fisher, our installer, did such a beautiful job with his precise tile work. He has an excellent work ethic as well. We never had to wonder when he was going to be here because he showed up on time and if he knew he was going to be delayed, he always let us know. If I need any other remodel work done, I wouldn’t hesitate to call Craftsmen.

Bittner Builders a year agoHad Bittner Builders replace some sills at house I had for sale, he not only did a nice job, but did it for a fair price and showed up on time and left the site cleaner than when he came.
