Tyler, Anthony, Melissa, Kyle and all their partners are excellent. We lived in the house through a fairly significant remodel and they were always respectful, helped us through the process, and were willing to fix the bumps experienced along the way. We are very pleased with the upgrade!

My family needed more space for our growing family and came up with the ambitious idea of tearing the roof off of our existing ranch house in Lakewood and basically building another house on top of it, effectively doubling the size. Maverick Building was recommended to us by a neighbor so we called them to explore the idea. Within days of our call, Anthony did an onsite visit and the project got rolling. I have extremely high standards and I won’t compromise on quality. I’m also an avid do-it-your-selfer which means that I sometime think I know more than I actually do. Fortunately Anthony, Tyler, Doug & the whole team at Maverick met the expectations of a hard-to-please guy like me. The project was a terrific success and my new house is AMAZING! Every large project is going to have challenges and bumps on the road to the finish line. In my opinion, the key to success starts with integrity when handling those difficulties. Everyone at Maverick has great integrity. I can trust them with every recommendation & explanation and have confidence that they are always concerned about my best interests. They are fair and honest on the financial end as well. They don’t spin things to take the easy way out and they are always straight shooters. Beyond that, the folks at Maverick have STELLAR customer service skills. Most notable is responsiveness. My builder and project manager were available to listen to my concerns whenever I needed them, and I reached out very frequently. No one could possibly be more responsive than they are (text, phone, e-mail, in-person), and I mean that literally. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Finally, they all genuinely care about their customers’ happiness and go the extra mile for them at every opportunity. All concerns were met with understanding, good solutions and patience. It’s a really great feeling to know that your team is listening to you every step of the way. I am grateful for Maverick making our “forever home” a reality. My wife and I are so very happy with the results.
