10 months agoMany parts of my apartment unit had huge gashes in the wood, stains of paint EVERYWHERE, faulty wiring and properly sealing in the bathroom, floor was not level, oh my god. Cheap, rushes projects, not quality! Super upset; my rent is so high and this is what we get?

a year agoMaybe you teach your employees how to drive before you let them construct things. One of your trucks cut me off in heavy Hendersonville traffic this morning almost causing me to slam into the back of their truck. You see, there’s a little “magic stick” to the left of the steering wheel – It’s called a turn signal. Maybe allow your employees time to really learn and embrace the turn signal before letting them use power tools, ‘kay?

a year agoHow about when you are driving on interstate 40, with heavy equipment, you drive in the right hand lane and let people pass you instead of holding up Lines of traffic like you are the only one on the highway. Very inconsiderate people, wouldn’t hire you if I needed to!

3 years agoThere’s absolutely no doubt that this organization is the go to choice for the discerning customer who’s looking for the completion of a construction project, regardless of the scale. from a small sole proprietorship on the corner of the inner city to a massive warehousing and shipping hub for the busiest part on the East Coast, Omega gets it done and gets it done right. Their warehouse and facility in Georgia is a multi-year, multi-million square foot project dedicated to servicing the busiest port on the East Coast. It was a grassroots project, building everything from the ground up, including dedicated ground transportation lanes feeding directly from the port, and dedicated rail lines to quickly and efficiently facilitate intermodal transport. It’s all done on time, on budget and with as much artistic flair as you could ever ask for. best of all, the close-knit team that makes all this happen is dedicated to bringing back integrity to the construction industry. they are active in their community to support their neighbors, and their employees feel like they are family members In speaking with one of them, I got the impression that he had to be absolutely certain of my Goodwill and intent before the would make his recommendation. This was the career that he had always sought, and there was nothing that he was willing to do for anybody else that could potentially compromise his job at Omega construction. It was his passion that prompted me to apply for a position there, and was his passion that I want to share with the world in writing this review. you will find no more capable group of individuals to facilitate your construction project then you will find at Omega construction.

3 years agoThey are supposed to be working with our engineering firm. Our GM has just told us that they have just REFUSED to do the work specified by the engineers. “it wasn’t in the scope of the original contract” There are already 3 million in change orders ( 6.2 Million contract) so adding to the contract hasn’t been an issue until now. Not completing this work will cause damage to some condos down the road – when they are long gone. BBB complaint is next.

3 years agoOne of the onsite managers treated us like the enemy instead of someone who is one of his customers helping to pay his salary. He would not let us enter our unit despite complying with all protocols about entering our condo including notifying management, Omega, wearing hardhats, and orange vests. 636 mile round trip from upstate South Carolina totally wasted when all we wanted to do was get measurements with our contractor for a remodel. I do not recommend this company.
