I have been using this company for 3 years. First they built a room for my mom and turned my half bathroom into a full bathroom. Then they replaced my roof and backyard fence. Recently they remodeled my backyard adding concrete and a mulch area. I use them for all my home needs. Mary and Richard are absolutely amazing.

I recently worked with Mary, Richard, and their team to a complete a renovation encompassing 3 full bathrooms, kitchen cabinets and tile backsplash, and various other spaces. This is my 4th property, so I’ve worked with quite a few contractors, subs, etc. I’ve had some horrible experiences – work that was never completed, things stolen from my home, and a general lack of respect for my property. I can say that none of these were the case with Remodel CLT. While every renovation has unexpected issues that come up, none of these were insurmountable with CLT. I’d say the following are their strongest points: Mary would always get back to me in a timely manner, and her team showed up when she said they would. Richard was very easy to work with. He always has a positive attitude and he’s trustworthy. Juraci is a talented tile setter and I was very pleased with his work. I would with this team again in the future.

We had total tear-out remodel due to a leak and the Remodel CLT team blew away our expectations! They were always on time and had amazing communication. I can’t wait to have them do our next project and can’t recommend them enough!! Before and after photos included before the shower door was installed. I was so excited I could not wait!!!!

What a great experience working with Remodel CLT. From the time Mary came to look at our guest bathroom to the time the project was finished, she communicated with us regularly and made scheduling a breeze. The workers were very respectful of our space and did great work. They laid shower and floor tile, painted, and installed fixtures. The end result is a dream come true!

Mary and her team were exceptional! Mary worked very hard and diligently to get our kitchen remodeled! I asked for more than one design option and had many questions and Mary was always available to answer any questions I had in a timely manner. Very professional and punctual. We have more remodeling to do and I can’t see myself going with anyone else! I absolutely LOVE my new kitchen!

When a pipe in my bathroom froze and burst, I was facing a multitude of repairs! This came just 6 weeks into buying my home, so I knew no one in the area. The best thing I did was to call Mary in my search of a finding a flooring specialist. She was my saving grace! Not only did her team replace the tiling in my bathroom, her team also repaired my exterior wall (the cause of the frozen pipe), replaced the Sheetrock around the plumbing, installed my new bathroom vanity, moved all the electrical and re-painted my walls. I appreciated her timely and clear communication throughout the process. After the plumbers fixed my plumbing issue, my bathroom was a mess, but Mary helped me every step of the way and ensured me her team would help with everything. Her attention to detail and professionalism is exceptional. I absolutely love how my bathroom turned out and the work Mary’s team did was top notch! She insisted that everything was done exactly as I wanted it, she would accept nothing less than perfection. I look forward to working with her team again in the future for additional house updates, you should too!!
