The builders sold me a plot in Dec 2021, the construction did not start until Oct 2022. They had genuine reasons initially, but later it became a habit of excuses, delays after delays. They do not update portals for customers, they also do not attend calls, meetings on time or give timely updates on construction status. Interest rates have gone up, we lost a great loan rate, our rental lease is getting over, and we do not have much option than extending lease to wait for the building to get ready. None of these issues they care, highly unprofessional.

My experience building with Dave was exceptional. Despite being a large construction firm with numerous projects taking place at any given time, Dave personally ensured that no details were missed and quality was never compromised. Throughout the process Dave was available to answer questions and provide guidance, often meeting at the property to walk through open items in real-time and in 3 dimensions, versus over the phone or through blueprints. Beyond the exceptional quality and attention to detail, Dave was always honest and transparent. I was never surprised by an additional cost or change and everything was discussed and agreed upon openly and in advance. When you build with Dave, you get the overwhelming feeling that he is building the home as if it’s going to be his, given the level of care and time he puts into it. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, Dave is simply a pleasure to interact with. He’s always positive and good natured, which is crucial to making the process go smoothly. I cannot recommend Dave and Trojanski Builders more highly!

We built a home with Dave Trojanski @ almost 2 million dollars. The experience could not have been better!! Dave is fantastic to deal with. He is knowledgeable and committed to building a true custom home. I won’t say we are easy to deal with especially my wife, who is quite particular, but she was thrilled. Because of COVID, there were a few delays as a result of material shortages but given the circumstances, we completely understood…and Dave’s team communicated regularly along the way. In the end, the best question to ask is – would you do business with this person, business, etc, again? We would answer with an enthusiastic YES! Great Job, Dave.

They have a project for new construction townhouses in Latham. They have committed to August 2022 as a delivery date. We signed a contract on December-Jan2022. This is almost Jan, and they are yet to complete the basement. They don’t respond to calls and are an unprofessional builder. Builder don’t have any workforce; there is no proper planning, just picking random dates and giving commitments. My one-year locking with the bank is getting over, and the bank is not ready to extend those rates. I regret going with this builder. If you are looking for a house, don’t go with these people who call themselves a builder.
