Bonacio Construction is all about building places cheaply and quickly so they can make the most profit. Greed has corrupted them. We are currently living in a townhome built by Bonacio construction. We make no exaggeration when we say nearly every light fixture has fallen out of the ceiling multiple times and has had to be re-installed. Everything is extremely cheap quality, generic, drafty and inefficient. If you want a home that is made from the finest materials because you want a place that will last your lifetime do not use Bonacio Construction. You are essentially buying a house made from Great Value products, while charging name brand. This is not the experience we expected whatsoever especially because we are familiar with the Bonacio family because our kids went to Saratoga School District together. Beyond disappointed in the lack of effort put into the houses and apartments they build. Greed ruins every company. Put the customer first. Ask anyone who lives in the apartment complexes around Saratoga built by Bonacio construction and they can attest to the mediocrity and fragility of the apartments.

After reading the reviews and seeing how bad some people’s experiences were, I can understand why. Driving to work Monday morning and up comes a racing brand new Bonacio Construction truck, just to race over two lanes to cut me off and slam on the brakes at the light. I can’t understand why people do this? I would think twice about working with this company.

This was my first experience purchasing a new construction home. I am very happy with the results. From the realtor, Katie, who showed me the home to the selections manager, Mary, site manager Tom and Diana, the administrative representative, I received what I believe to be the among the best guidance offered for how to get what you want and need in a new home. They are each very knowledgeable in their areas of expertise and always willing to answer questions and offer suggestions for how to maintain a new home from the start. Bonacio Construction employees were very personable, flexible and easy to work with when little things didn’t go as planned. The subcontractors they work with are, in my opinion, among the finest. If I had choose a construction company again, it would be Bonacio Construction, Inc.

In Spring 2021, we had major renovations on our condo in Saratoga Springs NY. The kitchen, and one of three bathrooms were completely redone. Two other bathrooms and selected floors were partially redone. The work was done by Bonacio Construction and we are delighted to report that from start to finish the renovations were done with distinction, while meeting and often exceeding our expectations. From Day One when the Bonacio Team listened to our needs and then developed a schedule and cost estimate, through the construction phase and fine-tuning touchups, we were always kept informed of progress and next steps. Any questions we had were immediately and professionally answered. Since our primary residence is 200 miles from our Saratoga Springs Condo, speedy and accurate communication is essential. At all times, our communication with the Bonacio Team was pleasant, thoughtful and results focused. We are pleased to recommend Bonacio Construction without reservation for any significant renovation that is sought for condo upgrades. You will find all members of the Bonacio staff eager and willing to understand your needs fully and then work with you to provide solutions that best meet your requirements and budget. We are totally satisfied with our Bonacio renovations.

Amazing service received by your team on our remodel project from start to finish. Amanda and Jim took over dealing with the insurance company, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Everyone on the team was attentive and courteous to my mother and father. The team was very skilled and we are truly thankful we used your services.

When we lost our dream home to a fire, we were dreading the process of rebuilding. After our first meeting with Bonacio Construction, we instantly felt like we had come to the right place for our new beginning. Having built a custom home before, we thought we knew what we were in for, but we were so pleasantly surprised. The amount of customization included in our package was above and beyond anything we had anticipated. While I was worried that what seemed like endless decisions to be made would be overwhelming, working with our selections coordinator Mary Riddervold was such a pleasure! Always prepared and ready to lend an opinion with her experienced eye, she made the process so much easier and truly enjoyable. We were equally impressed with our project manager, Ryan Dennis. He went above and beyond to solve any problem we had along the way. Always responsive and proactive, Ryan’s ability to keep the project moving and on track was exemplary. We’ve been living in our home for over a year now and are so pleased with the finished product. We enjoyed working with the team at Bonacio Construction and would highly recommend them!

The remodeling team did great work in my home. There was some water damage on the ceiling in my living room they were able to fix and made sure to match the paint and texture to the rest of the ceiling. They also converted my son’s old room into a sewing room. The crew that was there everyday was very polite and always made sure to get my input on the design of the new room. The room came out so great, I love it!
