Joe Pinot of Pino Contracting has exceeded our expectations! We’ve recently had our kitchen newly renovated and Joe has shown professionalism every step of the way. He is extremely reliable. Contrary to complaints I’ve heard from others about their contractors we have had a great experience. Joe and his crew have shown up promptly to every single job and we never had to question the quality of work. When anything has to be subbed out, he is on site and checking in. He is also very knowledgeable in design and shared his opinions based on past experiences. We will be hiring him to come back for more renovations in a few months. If you take the time reach out to him you will see how things should be done.

We hired Joe Pino for our kitchen extension and I would recommend him to anyone. He was extremely responsive from the first phone call and was on site for every step of the process. No hidden costs at the end and he helped with extra things along the way. Kept it simple from the start and the job looks great. You’ll be happy you used them on your job.

Top notch service!! Working with Pino Construction was an absolute dream compared to all other service companies we have used in the past. Joe and his crew are attentive to detail and the finish work was spectacular. The work was done quickly and very neatly. Cleanup was completed daily and my house was always left looking spotless. I would recommend Pino Construction above all others. 100%. Beautiful work.

My wife and I used Pino Contracting to build an outdoor kitchen and bar. Joe and his team were top notch from start to finish. From design and ideation, to the framing and finish work our experience was excellent. Their attention to detail was impeccable and we’re super happy with the finished product. Joe Pino at Pino Contracting is by far the best contractor I’ve ever dealt with. And I’ve dealt with many. From estimate, to design, to building out a team of subcontractors, through rip-out and job completion, Joe Pino and his team were amazing. I cannot give a higher recommendation for a contractor. Pino Contracting completed three brand new bathrooms in my existing house. The rip-out was immaculate. The way the rip-out was prepped and the care taken not to create damage or mess inside my house and on my property just showed how much Joe Pino and his team cared about my job, my house and my family. What stood out the most was Joe’s commitment to understanding what my family wanted. Joe took the time to ask great questions, provide suggestions as to what was popular based on his experience, and ultimately helped us come up with an amazing concept for our bathrooms. There were so many problems to solve and fix from previous work that I don’t know what we would have done without having someone with Joe’s experience helping us. The other amazing thing about Pino Contracting was that they showed up on time, every day and finished the job early! And answered every phone call and text that was sent! Based on my experience with other contractors and service providers, this is unheard of. The three bathrooms were finished on time, on budget. And the finished job was absolutely amazing. Big picture to the smallest details, the job was perfect. Amazing craftsmanship. If you are looking for a contractor that will be responsive, finish a job on time and on budget, actually care about you and your family, then you need to get Joe at Pino Contracting on your job.

There were numerous and severe breaches of contract that have occurred during the course of our project, which have resulted in substantial harm to both the structural integrity and value of my property. To specify the extent of the contractual breaches, I would like to highlight the following issues: 1. **Defective Workmanship**: The work completed by your construction team has exhibited a severe lack of skill, craftsmanship, and adherence to industry standards. This includes but is not limited to: a. Poorly executed foundation work leading to structural instability. b. Inadequate framing and structural support, compromising the safety of the building. c. Substandard electrical and plumbing installations that are in violation of local building codes. d. Failure to properly insulate and weatherproof the premises, leading to water intrusion and significant damage. 2. **Delays**: The construction project has experienced unacceptable delays that are not attributable to any unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events. These delays have resulted in considerable financial losses and inconvenience on my part. 3. **Non-Compliance with Specifications**: The construction work has deviated significantly from the specifications outlined in our contract. This includes the use of inferior materials, deviations from approved architectural plans, and neglecting essential features that were expressly included in the agreement. 4. **Subcontractor Issues**: Subcontractors demonstrated subpar performance, further contributing to the overall deficiencies in the construction project.
