We saw a townhouse we liked online and I was put into contact with Maria Millington. She was hands down the best agent we have ever worked with. Throughout the entire process she treated us as if we were family. Any time we messaged she would respond immediately. She would give us her own unbiased advice and was trying to save us money whenever she could. Every contact/suggestion she made was so reliable and gave us amazing results. Buying our first home was an extremely daunting experience but Maria walked us through every single step regardless how big or small the question was. I don’t have enough ink in my pen to explain what Maria Millington went through to make my deal go through. She turned a nightmare into complete success. If not for maria , the deal never would have gone through. If by chance you run into her, please have her explain what happened. We couldn’t be happier with choosing Marini as our home builder! The entire staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process, and very responsive to any questions we had. They have a design center where you can see and choose all the customizable options for your home which was a big help in getting our interior design to look just how we wanted. Every expectation we had was met or exceeded. Overall an excellent experience with Marini Homes. Thank you! Update: Over a year later and this company is still responding to any (minor) issues that have popped up with our new build. Couldn’t be more impressed with their service or happier with our home. I rarely write reviews, but I felt obligated to in this case, because Maria is such an excellent realtor, and worked extremely hard for me. I built my house in early 2021. As it is my first new-build house, Maria gave me a whole lot of useful information and guided me. As everybody could imagine, the building process was not smooth as normal due to the broken supply chains in the pandemic time. Maria was really kind and help me to stay positive the whole time. She has always responded to all my messages in a very professional and timely manner. Even though she didn’t get notice of the house building’s progress, she tried her best to check that information with her colleagues and came back to me in a short time, which did comfort me during the difficult waiting time. Due to personal reasons, I had to sell my house soon after the closing day. I asked for Maria’s help with no brain. The market was getting cold, and an even more difficult situation was, I had to leave the area when the house was still on the market. Maria took care of all house issues during the selling process for me. She often checked my house and actively responded to any potential buyer’s messages, emails and calls. I was very very glad to have Maria working from my side, ensuring my best interests, hopes, and expectations were all met. I highly recommend Maria, I promise you won’t regret working with her.

Poor quality in almost everything. Delays on each jobs, be it paints, flooring or roof for the things which should have been taken Care before they handed over the keys. See the roof of just 7 months old house and they are saying its common. The guy who came to fix the door instead he ruined it more. For each email there is response however it’s just another date for the job completion on the name of short staff. All these for newly built house.
