We had a great experience working with Nik and his team on our NYC apartment renovation. This is our first home purchase and renovation and we were definitely overwhelmed by how stressful and expensive could be. Nik delivered our apartment on time and on budget, and was very knowledgeable about city permits and working with our very difficult management company. Our apartment turned out exactly as I envisioned and we get compliments all of the time. Only downside is I now think renovations are easy in NYC!!

Usually to renovate your apartment is such a time consuming process and it becomes very stressful, but Nik and his whole crew made it a wonderful experience. After working with them our house now feels like home. Strongly recommended them and for next projects I will be using them again.

What an amazing and wonderful team of contractors. I was looking to have my UES one-bedroom apartment renovated. I spent over a year consulting different companies on the project. Immediately, Nikloas (the owner), stood out. He did not come in trying to push or sell anything. He was honest, upfront, professional, and enthusiastic. From the initial conversation, it was obvious he was not one to cut corners or shy away from requests because they might be difficult (such as completely removing and replacing dated metal doorframes). This held true throughout the entirety of the project. George was the project manager, and he maintained the same attitude as Nik. He was extremely responsive and was in constant communication about the renovation’s progress. No issue was too small for me to discuss with him, and he was always quick to rectify any concerns. There was a level of sincerity about wanting the job to be done to my complete satisfaction. If there was ever a doubt about a product or finishing, George and Nik would replace or fix it without hesitation. And anything that was not feasible to accomplish was explained to the fullest, so I had a complete understanding of the situation. I was impressed by their professionalism and respect. As a young woman, I found it a rare experience to have construction work discussed in a robust manner without a hint of being patronized. From the start, Nik and George understood and supported the full vision for the remodel, but were also upfront about when suggestions were dated or structurally impossible. As many have mentioned, every construction project is going to have its issues. However, many were out of Nik and George’s control, and regardless of the situation, they were there to provide answers, support, and options. The two values of customer satisfaction and providing a perfect end result were always fore-most in their minds and decisions. And the finished apartment proves it. Any tiny detail, from small marks on the floor to a crooked outlet plate, they were happy to fix. Most importantly, they supported finding the flaws, and never were exasperated by my requests. The apartment looks stunning and in the ten years I’ve lived there, I’ve never felt more at home.
