Truly disappointed in the way management treats their employees. Expecting them to bend over backwards and be able to accommodate their requests at any moment regardless of the situation. Completely unprofessional and unethical treatment of their staff has led to low morale and recent turnover. Look elsewhere.

DO NOT DRIVE SAFELY: the drivers of LARGE TRUCKS are SPEEDING THROUGH SCHOOL ZONES. This unquestionably unacceptable. 1) This company are not emergency drivers. 2) The job you’re doing is not an emergency. Also: it’s inappropriate for the city to list this as a “Minority Owned Business”.

Their business on Industry Way has about 2 yards of gravel on the street dropped there by their trucks. Those rocks are not only a road hazard but they kick up and crack windshields, headlights, paint, etc. The fact that they don’t respect the residents of the South Valley enough to clean up their rocks off the street speaks volumes to the kind of business Guzman Construction is running.
