Very professional, responsible, and great communicator during the whole project. Reasonable price and open to owner’s suggestions with quick actions and short project duration. Mr. Eric Chung also manages professionally all the documentation involved working with the condo management office and NJ local city building department offices. Thank you very much for your great work! If you are thinking about kitchen or bathroom remodeling & renovation in New Jersey, we recommend that you contact Eric, owner of New Dream Home, and receive a quote. He had official insurance and license and also thoroughly helped me prepare difficult condo/borough documents. I’ve done several construction projects while living in New Jersey for 20 years, but most of them were unfriendly or it was very difficult to contact them during the construction period. Even when I give detailed advice, they tend to ignore it and proceed with the construction, but CEO Eric was very contactable and communicated well. Above all, the price was very reasonable and the construction period was friendly.

MODEST CONSTRUCTION LLC 3 weeks agoMili and his crew are the nicest and most honest contractors I’ve ever dealt with and I’m a 61 year old experienced contractor. They redid my gutters and down spouting ripped off my back roof repaired rotten plywood new flashing and removed everything and even took some old things I was going to take to the dump.I would recommend them to anyone and everyone Thanks again

HMMA Construction 6 years agoWe met with Harry to get an estimate for our renovation project in the middle of July. Then I called them after one month of waiting to find out where is their proposal. They called me back in 2 weeks (already in September) just to tell that they have so many projects and they are not going to give us any estimate at all.
