Happy with their work. Pretty Attic Insulation & Dryer Vent Cleaning Service Iselin, NJ Came in removed the old insulation. I was able to do the work I needed and they came in and finished the job when I was ready. Costly but job was done well and done easily. They were able to schedule quickly.

An agreement was reached to start the work on 2/19/24 to repair the front and back roof, replace shingles the front and back fascia boards and install a all new gutter system at my residence, the work was started on 2/19/24 to demo and remove the old fascia boarding and gutters. On 2/20/24 N.J. Home Repair only installed one length of fascia and left a few hours later a representative knocked on the door asking for a 800 dollar payment this request was denied by me. On 2/21/24 NJ Home Repair & Masonry Corp failed to show at all and no phone call was made to give the reason why at 12:19 P.M. a phone call was placed to their office to inquire about why no one showed up the reply was they had an emergency job and would be back on 2/22/24 On 2/22/24 NJ Home Repair & Masonry Corp starting the roofing work and replacing the fascia board and hanging gutters as a matter of course i checked within the attic to ensure the fascia board was installed correctly and without gaps which it is not there are gaps ranging from 3/4 of inch where the new roof sheathing shingles and fascia board where done to 1/4 inch in areas that the old roof sheathing is still in place, at the end of the day i showed your representative the issues the roofing repair in the back of the house was not touched and issues with the gutters when he returned to pick them up again he asked for a payment of 800 dollars which was i refused to do On 2/23/24 NJ Home Repair & Masonry Corp returned and started doing the work which i thought was to address the gaps and complete the roofing as that is how their ladder was set up and where they were working your representative asked for final payment which was made as he guaranteed me all the work would be complete and to my satisfaction a few hours later not hearing any work being done i went outside to find your workers sitting waiting to be picked up, i checked none of the roof work was done or anything to address the issues with gaps or gutter work, i told them to call their boss and inform him that the work had to be completed on 2/23/24 or when he returned to pick them up he would have return the final payment as the work was no where near complete or done correctly When the your representative came to pick them up the same one that was show the issues on 2/23/24 i showed him the issues and asked for the return of my final payment which was made in cash which he refused to do and instead attempted to ask for more money to complete the job and fix the defects, i refused to even speak about it and told him to leave the house and wait outside so we could further discuss the issue my wife is bedridden and very sick, i stopped on the way out the door to check on her by the time i got outside your men had towed my vehicle from its normal parking spot with their pickup like a thief in the night attempting to escape as it was blocking them removing the work trailer and driving up the road i asked them to stop and they refused a police officer was near by i waived him down and asked him to have them return they simply gave him a wave he had just got another urgent call he was unable to stay so i called the police and a report was filed regarding this Numerous E-Mails and Pictures were sent to you on 2/24/24 and since a total of 14 E-mails all not answered,i have made numerous phone calls all i get are excuses and the run around and you refuse to even give me a date when you plan on resolving this,it is now March 25 2024 due to you not cooperating with me in the slightest way to resolve this issue i am now making it public knowledge how your company operates, you have two options here return all my money immediately, set a date and confirm it by e-mail with the stipulation that you agree to pay a 100 a day back charge for each day after that date the work is not completed and up to professional standards, its March 29th you tell me stop calling you, it is now 4/8 your phone goes to direct to voicemail

Avoid at all costs. Called this person for a minor electrical issue. He changed two circuit breakers, put a 40 amp in 30 amp wire. The whole panel burnt within a month, costing me 1500 to replace.
