UPDATE. 6/21/2024. Note despite Bruno Mele’s blaming me for his poor work it failed town inspection. Replaced my concrete driveway in 2018 which cracked in 2 months. Failed town inspection. Ducked my calls, emails, texts for years. Hit and damaged my porch deck with a concrete truck and then couldnt find truck papers for insurance claim. Left wodges of concrete spattered on my house siding. Had to pay another contractor to replace Bruno Mele’s substandard work. My driveway was done in conjunction with Had to go to state to get some justice. Then his lawyers offered me a fraction of what i paid IF i kept quiet and did not make my story public. Now why would that be? Im a single senior woman and i feel taken advantage of by a contractor. And I guess I won’,t be the last. EARLIER POST. This is what my Bruno driveway looked like. It kept cracking. After 3 years I had to hire someone else to fix it since it was not able to pass inspection. He did it conjunction with building my neighbor a wall. Which is now cracking too. I had many Hoboken contractors in to look at the problem and all said it was a shoddy job

NOTE: ALL GOOD REVIEWS ARE AT LEAST 5 YEARS OLD. I BELIEVE THE OWNER’S WORK HABITS MAY HAVE CHANGED SINCE THEN. OR MAYBE BECAUSE I AM AN OLDER WOMAN. BUT B&M replaced my concrete driveway in 2020. It starting cracking immediately. Failed town inspection. They are impossible to get hold of. Texts, emails, phone calls. Nada. Out of desperation I sent at registered letter to his office and home. That elicited a very menancing in my face response. He also hit my mahogany porch deck with his truck. Still waiting on his insurance company on that and obviously they are waiting to hear from him since they called me. So my suggestion find another contractor. Ask your friends. I got three fantastic contractors that way. Totally different experience.

Replaced Sidewalk and built a new main step to our entrance. High quality work and professional. Highly recommend.

Bruno and his team repaired the damage to our bathroom ceiling. They were always on time, clear about the process and what was being done, did an excellent work, and did not leave any mess behind. Highly recommended.

Bruno and his team of craftsmen did an amazing job restoring the exterior brick wall at my home in Hoboken. Professional, prompt, delivering the highest level of service for a reasonable price. This is the company for you.

Bruno and his crew did a fantastic job of removing our old pop ceiling, skim coating and painting our new ceiling. It was amazing how fast and efficient they worked considering there was substantial square footage of concrete ceiling they had to deal with. Also the price was very competitive.

B&M Contracting could not have done a better job. They provided an extensive, detailed quote so I knew exactly what was going to be the end result. However, the prices are extremely competitive and beat out all the other contractors I was in discussions with. They were also able to direct me to some sample work that they have done in the past, and I was able to easily pick out my preferred materials and finishes. From start to finish, I was in contact with Bruno who was extremely responsive and helpful. The end result was even above and beyond what was agreed upon. They take pride in their work and put their service to the customer above all else. Highly recommended!

Definitely recommend B & M Contracting for home renovations. We have used them for many projects since moving into our home and are consistently happy with the quality of work. In addition, the work is completed in a timely manner. They are reliable, and our home is always left clean when a project is completed. We plan on continuing to use B & M for the rest of our home renovations.

Bruno and his team replaced the sheetrock in my bathroom after a valve burst. They were able to start work within a few days, and did not finish the job until every detail was perfect. highly recommend!

Bruno’s crew did an excellent job laying our natural bluestone sidewalk in Hoboken, NJ. They labored for days and the final product was among the highest quality. We highly recommend this local contracting business for your sidewalk or patio.
