A good and honest company who stands behind their houses. I lived in my home built by TR Smith for 8 years and had zero issues while there. They made the process so easy and knew what would look perfect for my style. It was so nice to have people who listen to my wants and needs and far exceeded my expectations! I can’t wait to see the next house they build for me!

I have had two beautiful homes built by TR Smith! My expectations were met and far exceeded. I love being able to show off the craftsmanship that went in to each part of my home. What I really liked most was that my home was completely customizable and that there isn’t another home that looks like mine! One of a kind

TR Smith Construction recently built our home. We had a great experience with them. They were easy to work with when coming up with our house plans. They listened to our wants and needs and worked those into our floor plan. Morgan was AWESOME to work with throughout the construction of the home. She was quick to respond, helped guide us when needed and listened when we had concerns. The time frame of construction stayed within the contract date. Overall construction is awesome and we are thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a custom built home. Our sincere gratitude to TR Smith Construction and family.

In December of 2018, I closed on my dream home, built by TR Smith. Upon first inspection, the home appeared to be built as if the builder himself were to live in it! For example, the appliances were handpicked as to be what would work best in the house. The house even featured a gas stove, a oddity in my area. The Smiths even had ethernet ran to every single room, which is a choice you’ll scarcely find in new construction. These observations continued even when I took a deeper look into the house. They chose to use high-grade cellulose insulation as well as very efficient windows. Upon closing, I had some changes requested, ie; breaker setup for EV charging as well as a network box in the garage. All these changes and more were completed reasonably, quickly, and expertly. I write this after eight months in the house and I can say that I am still beyond satisfied with the quality of the house and the wonderful people who run TR Smith Construction.

Julie and her team at TR Smith are super awesome to work with! The company I work for, MJ Surveying, provides surveys for them, and I work with Julie a lot. She is super patient with us. Aside from her patience, she is personable and VERY kind to all. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new house!
