Stier Design Build a week agoFrom beginning to end, the team at Stier Design Build went above and beyond to turn our lackluster “home office” into a beautiful space that the entire family can use. I cannot speak highly enough of Stier’s in-house design team. While the primary use is a home office, we also asked for space where kids would have easy access to craft supplies and extra workspace as well as a seating solution for our front entryway, which is adjacent to the office. Christina listened to our wish list and put together multiple design options, making our ideas come alive on paper and seamlessly blending this remodeled space with the rest of our home. The entire construction team was very friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. There are many examples of the little “extras” they did each day: interacting with our kids as they headed off to school in the morning, making sure my husband or I always knew what was planned for the day, ensuring things were sealed off while doing demo or drywall work, cleaning up each night and making sure we had easy access to our front door (which was right next to the construction zone), even helping us out by throwing a couple of nails into a door jamb that was loose in another part of our house! One of the biggest things that sets Stier apart from other companies is that they addressed little things they were not 100% satisfied with before we even noticed them. We also appreciated the detailed project management and transparent communication from Luke and Curt. We were always aware of the timeline and what to expect from day to day. Seitz Construction a year agoQuality workmanship, competent, dependable, reasonably-priced–stayed well within bid. We’d highly recommend them. They built deck steps and restored our sagging deck, built a wall (room divider) in our lower level, sheet rocked and painted our garage, and made our garage entry steps safer by building a landing with a railing. Finally, they repaired entry doors, making them fit snuggly. Great attitude and nice guys.

River Valley Remodelers a month agoBilly, with the help of Tyler & Donovan, just completed the install of our 2 new walk-in showers. We could not be more pleased with their hard work, their communication on what they were doing, the clean up and of course, the final results. During the entire process they were friendly and always willing to answer our questions. I am happy to recommend this team based on their friendliness and outstanding work.
