Worst experience! Our job is still not finished. Started in August 2023. It is now May 2024. Communication was terrible. The shed was not done to our expectations. Not happy!!!!

WRC, Willet Remodeling and Construction, replaced our siding and some of our windows damaged in a storm. The crew was, polite, kind and respectful of us and our home. We get a lot of compliments on how great our house looks and we appreciate the help choosing colors that was complementary with the rest of our home. A big “Thank you” for all of the help, especially Mike and Cody, a great crew!

WRC has been absolutely fantastic to work with and I would recommend them whole heartedly. Scott and his team did everything in their power to ensure that our 2-story room addition project went as smoothly as possible. The rest of the review is a bit long but necessary to tell the story. When we decided to put an addition on our house, we needed to find a contractor so we went to the home and remodeling show at the US Bank stadium to look for one. I found others that I liked but Scott and Mike really stood out as being very personable, knowledgeable and people I could work with. I got a quote from two others but went with Willet. I heard horror stories from a coworker about his current experience with a large construction contractor building his new house. He would tell me about issues he was having with the framing, finishing and concrete. He showed me pictures of things that were obviously wrong and was having a difficult time to get his contractor to admit those things were wrong, let alone to fix them. At this point, all I had was a good feeling about Willet so I was prepared to be on the offensive should I have similar experiences. It wasn’t long after the project got started that I knew that I was not going to have the same problem. The foundation was installed and waiting on an inspection to continue. A couple of workers showed up on a Sunday to finish some dirt work so that it could be inspected to keep the job moving. This got me curious so I made it a point to speak with everyone that showed up because I wanted to know who was working on my house. I found that the vast majority of them have a family relationship with Willet and/or a long working history with Willet. All of them felt a responsibility to the others to make sure that their portion of the project went well because they didn’t want to be responsible for holding up the job. It is my assertion that this close relationship between the groups of the various trades is the key to their success. This last year was a tough year for getting anything done due to all the supply chain issues and the shortage of qualified workers. Scott and his team were very busy but they never sent bodies to fill a void. All the workers that showed up were very qualified and genuinely wanted to do a good job. I would watch and listen to them while they worked and could tell that doing a good job was just part of their nature. I would randomly check their work and found that the walls were plumb, ceilings were level and corners were square, etc. Not once did I ever have to ask them to fix anything. They would inspect their own work and if they didn’t like something they fixed it on their own. It was very refreshing. The finished product looks like it was part of the original house. We couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Scott, Al, Mike, and the entire Willet crew for taking care of us.

I had a leaky roof and chimney repaired. The repairs took longer than I expected but the finished product is good.

Scott Ricks and his team at Willet Remodeling are the best. As an insurance agent, I have many clients who need restoration help. We had Willet do the restoration of our townhome after an electrical fire with smoke damage. We worked with Scott Ricks and Al Perez and were impressed with their knowledge of insurance rules and regulations. Our project manager, Al Perez, did a great job with suggesting different design options and also keeping us up to date on all aspects of our project. We would definately recommend Willet for this type of work.

We hired Willet to replace our roof, siding and soffits in 2020. They did an amazing job we are beyond happy with the results! We have received many compliments on our house’s “makeover”. The quality of workmanship their crew has is hard to find these days!
