As a retired general contractor, I was totally impressed by Jake and 10K construction. From the day I called through all the job, I was given a heads up on every detail. When crew arrived, they put tarps around my home and when supplier delivered roofing, they made sure they followed OSHA requirements. Same as their crew. When the work was completed, second superintendent walked my roof to make sure nothing was left around. Thanks for a great job well done!

The work was superbly well done, and he not only went above and beyond with pricing, he was super helpful, providing samples, making suggestions, always communicating what to expect next. I had the opportunity to work with 10K over that last couple of months regarding some roof damage. It has been nothing but a pleasure. The staff that I worked with were professional, had great quality of work and work ethic. I so appreciated their desire to want the work done to be top quality and for ‘eating’ the additional costs when the first solution wasn’t going to work. I will certainly be recommending 10K use them in the future, should I need their services.
