Can’t speak for the quality of service, but for the life of me get a call back or a response to their online request form. I even drove to the location and address listed and then suite unit is empty in the plaza next to UPS

I had the privilege of having these guys build my 30’X48’ barn. Everything went great, from first meeting with Mark about what I needed, to working with Carter Lumber for delivery process. Jamie and his entire crew showed how much they love what they do, and how much pride they take in their work. Thanks again. Definitely a great build!!!

Hired Midwest to build a 24 X 36 barn. Mark came to our home and walked the site, everything expected of us was plainly spelled out verbally as well as in writing. We obtained the necessary permits and site improvement, the materials were delivered in a timely manner, and Jason and crew went to work. Very courteous and professional, they put on a clinic and were done in two days. The crew from Prince and Walter concrete followed immediately to pour the floor, another outstanding job. A delay with the overhead doors but that was expected from the start. We would highly recommend Midwest and thank Mark and his crews for great work!

Be careful of the fine print on the contract. If you change your mind after 3 days he will keep the deposit despite no work being done. My wife had some health problems and I notified him to put everything on hold 30 days after i signed the contract. This was August but the barn was not supposed to be built until October. We left the project on hold until the beginning of October when we finally determined that my wife’s health was not improving and she would need surgery. I asked him to cancel the project and he said that he didn’t think that he could get my deposit back because “the lumber company had ordered the lumber” but he would check for me. Several calls and emails later he stopped responding to my inquiries about where my deposit was. $4000 was the down-payment and if you notice on the contract. the first line is a deposit and then you pay the balance to the lumber company and builders when they drop materials or complete the project. That leads me to believe he gets the first deposit as his cut and subcontracts the rest so that money went in his pocket for showing up at my door to estimate it and sign the paperwork. Never got my money back. Not a bad profit.

I called mark for a quote and turned out his was the lowest I got for a 30×30 building so I was a little sceptical but I hired him anyway and boy am I glad I did the crew he sent was excellent and talk about fast they were only here for about 16 hours and had my bldg up. The only hold up was the garage doors that were back ordered from the manufacturer but as soon as they came in they had them up .this crew is top notch and very professional. I will be calling them when I have my bldg added on to . GREAT JOB GUYS

He was very nice and personable until he was paid (up front in cash as he requested) for our pole barn. He then avoided our calls, emails and questions. He would have installed the wrong windows if we had not purchased the right ones that should have been in the package price. He built it above grade which changed the entire elevation of our propery. The garage doors are misplaced, taking away 96 square feet of usable space. He has never contacted us to see the final work and asked if we were happy with the job. We are not. The garage doors and fascia are drooping. Do not use them. They can’t be trusted to do a good job.

Midwest Pole Barns built our 30’ X 40’ pole barn. We are very pleased with the outcome. Quality work and materials. Mark is very professional and on top of the whole process. Forest and his crew knew exactly what to do. Would definitely use them again in the future!
