I don’t even have enough kind words to say about Fresko cement. They are AMAZING. From the very start in getting a quote, Juan was responsive, very knowledgeable, and even gave great advice on our job. They were timely, very detail-oriented, and super precise in their work. They did an awesome job and a very fair price. We had a patio poured, a driveway cut (so it’s a bit narrower with more room for garden), and stairs made. Everything is beautiful, and perfectly poured. We will definitely work with them again.

Do NOT do business with Fresko cement. Bad pour and terrible craftsmanship. Two slabs poured both are “spalling” and “crumbling”. Concrete poured also spilled all over existing concrete. Company does not stand by their work and refuse to replace claiming NO warranty, but good business practices would seem they would want to make it right. Not a chance, just fair warning.

Finally, a contractor that does exactly what they say. Juan and his family were absolutely amazing and did an amazing job on my patio. Went above and beyond, these guys are very highly recommended and will be my first and only choice for concrete work. Fresko Cement LLC from Lincoln Park, Michigan did an exposed aggregate patio for us, as well as a hot tub slab and slab for a shed. I cannot express enough how happy and thrilled we are with the amazing job they did! Juan and his entire crew were professional, courteous and also great at communicating! Juan would answer questions timely and always showed up on time! I highly recommend Fresko for your concrete needs!

We just bought a house and the town said to fix part of the driveway and front step. Juan gave us options and prices to fit our budget (since we didn’t have the funds for a full driveway replacement). Will hire again when we need more work done.
