Master’s Touch C Hernandez a year agoUpdate, MAY 2023: Can I give 6 Stars? We owned 4 rowhouses in Balto that we asked Carlos to prepare for sale over 3 year period. The last 2 – which we’re finishing on today – I didn’t even ask him for an estimate. Just, “Make it beautiful for sale.” And he did everything: carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, touch-up. He did things we didn’t see or ask for. Repaired a flower bed in back, bought dirt and mulch and flowers, made beds in front and rear beautiful. Refinished a messed-up tub, made it look great for resell. Replaced a pipe under laundry sink when he found it leaked. And he did it all in 8 days. A neighbor told me he’d never seen people work so furiously. Our realtor lady commented on how the house had been transformed. Our first day on the market, the house drew 16 visits. By Day 2, we had 3 offers. That’s how well it presented. We can’t thank Carlos enough. We have always overpayed him for all the work he does that he doesn’t charge for. We will be overpaying him again this week – and happily so. _/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/_/ Carlos is fantastic. We’ve had him prepare 2 rental houses for sale. Work included installing toilets and faucets, painting the entire houses – white trim, blue walls, high gloss bathrooms, etc – installing Pergo floors, light fixtures, ceiling fans, shower surrounds. He does it all, cleans the place spotlessly behind him, and gives you a beautiful product. Hauls the junk away, comes back for touch-ups. And he did it in about 8 days each time – half the time our realtor expected. We can’t speak highly enough for him. Grab him if you can!

Manchame Contractor LLC 7 months agoI had unexpected trouble completing what should have been a simple task, and he found time to come out quickly and complete the work for me, so I wasn’t stuck partway through. I really appreciate him fitting me into his schedule on very short notice.

FP Home Improvement LLC 2 years agoHe is very professional, I wanted something done sooner then later and he did it. Closet was done the way I wanted it done and it looks great. I will be using his services again. He is reasonable and listens to what you want done. Great job !!!
