So my mom had home choice warranty and was having a problem with her Samsung refrigerator. This company was sent out and the owners son came out to do the repairs. I explained to him that I had recently went to school for HVAC as I had started taking the refrigerator apart to mainly defrost it. He came out on two different occasions and on the second time he was there he placed a hard start kit onto the refrigerator and asked how much we paid for it etc. i explained to him I had no idea he stated well if it goes bad I’ll have to pay for half. Well it did just that, he fried the system and come to find out you have to be certified to work on Samsung products and it turns out that two wire inside needed to be replaced. The refrigerator was less than 5 years old and no warranty was purchased with the refrigerator. So the owner got very nasty and when I reported him to the BBB he then went into protecting his son, his business, and his wallet. He stated their were lightning strikes in the area and it caused a power surge not only that but he faulted me and the state of Texas for his son and his companies mistake and told me he would only pay for the parts as he wasn’t going to buy a new refrigerator. We ended up having to scrape this refrigerator as junk as it wasn’t worth fixing due to this companies @&*# up as the compressor was blown and it would cost more than it was worth to fix. He is very arrogant and cocky and instead of fixing his sons mess up he blames the customer and then lies . I do not recommend anyone to use this company.

This was the best ever. I still cannot believe this I’m completely amazed by the work and dedication of this beautiful work.
