Hired them to renovate my bathroom. They took out an old vinyl tub and surround, replaced the floor, tiled the walls, built a new pony wall and did various plumbing and electrical work. The work is impeccible with the exception of one thing which i will explain at the end. Jesus was our main guy who came and worked six days a week for three weeks to get everything done. He was incredible and if you get him for your job you will not be disappointed. We had an issue where the wall stuck out too far to be able to use a certain tile i bought and he figured it out and it is now even more beautiful than i had originally had imagined. The one thing that was a problem was that i had specified a certain style shower door at the time of signing the contract. When i arrived home from work one day a different style door was being installed. I refused it and they took it down and replaced it with the proper one. I dont fault them for this mistake. Mistakes happen. I do have an issue with the old door being mounted one way and this door is another and the old holes in my tile were simply filled in with caulk, instead of replacing the damaged tiles. All in all i was pleased with the work Pro Builders did on my home and i will be hiring them when it comes time to have my hardwood floors refinished.

They have done 3 jobs for me so far (bathroom remodel, repaired a structural issue and painting). Various crews (different specialties) and they have all been professional, quiet and clean! Highly recommend!

They finished our basement. It looks absolutely beautiful. They worked on it from start to finish no downtime. It was so quick from start to finish. I would recommend these Professionals to anyone. They are very professional.

After doing a fabulous job converting my Vaulted Ceiling into an attic, I hired Pro-Builders Group to paint my Living Room, Stairwell (vaulted) and Landing. There was a slight delay because the color I wanted was custiom. But Frank was courteous and made a special trip to pick up a sample to be color matched. The cuts are razor sharp even with popcorn ceiling. I am thrilled with the results.

I wanted an Onyx Collection shower, and I worked with Pro Builders Group to order and have it installed. Frank was great throughout the entire process! He answered all of my questions and was very patient as I took some time to make my final decisions. The shower took longer than expected to arrive (8 weeks), and we didn’t get the best communication on a timeline from the factory, but that is not Pro Builders Group’s fault (I talked to the factory directly and there was a delay with the delivery). Frank knew I had other workers lined up to finish the bathroom, so as soon as the shower materials came in, he and his team installed it quickly. I had another contractor doing the rest of the bathroom, so Pro Builders Group only did the shower. But they did great work and were very professional! They work well on their own and with other contractors. I’m very happy with the material, and the installation looks great! I would work with them again! NOTE: the photos show the bathroom still in progress.

It was my boss who recommended me to choose this company. He told me that it would be a good choice because of their professionalism; but the truth is that my expectations were not very high. How wrong I was. First they did my master bathroom… Wow… Incredible! It turned out so beautiful that I got excited and signed contracts with them to remodel my kitchen. I am delighted with their work. Everything was perfect. They are professional, dedicated and at very fair cost. I recommend them one hundred percent.

Getting a project started was easy with this group and everything was looking good. However the biggest issue we has was that once the project was completed was communication. After the last piece was installed in our bathroom. the contactor and the sales rep would not answer any calls. We had some issues with some of the contract items, paint was not finished in certain parts, our newly installed vanity had nicks and dings on it, the new door we were supposed to get was not installed at all. Paint marks and peeled stickers were left on some appliances. The workers they had come in worked hard and were very nice,and I dont want to subtract from their hard work but the amount of issues and lack of communication solidified this rating. Plans to use this company for future projects have now been cast aside. We will be using someone else.

Excellent second experience with the Probuilder group team. We did our kitchen remodel almost a year ago, and now this team has done a great job for us on our porch. It has been a great fortune to work with such a professional and friendly team, they were attentive to everything we wanted to do and maintained excellent communication with us. In addition, their prices are acceptable and very considerate considering the great work they do. Thank you guys and it is very likely that we will see you again soon.
