The air conditioning in my apartment located at Perry 81 has not worked for two months when I moved in. The management of my apartment only tells me that the air conditioning is the responsibility of this company Nexus5Group. Neither of them is responsible for the problem, my light bill has become very high because the air conditioning never reaches the temperature that is set to automatic because it does not reach the temperature that it should be, the air is always on, I have done infinite complaints and they have not resolved what NEXUS5GROUP tells me is that the temperature is that because it is hot, so why do I have an air? to stay warm during the day and night? I have the air conditioning at 67 and the thermostat says the house is at 80 and above, it makes sense! I also have dogs in my house and they are the ones who suffer the most, I don’t know why to write anymore or what to do to get my air conditioning changed. do your job well. They are a terrible company, they have no ethics or responsibility. The next thing you are going to receive will be a lawsuit and I will include the bills from my dog’s vet for the heat stroke he got due to said problem.

A young man from Nexus 5 came out and fixed our apartments A/C unit when several other alleged maintenance and hvac guys could not. Its working better than it ever has. Job well done

I am the supervisor of an apartment complex and have asked for them come out for a lot of various HVAC work. Nexus5 Group gets someone out quickly everytime. We usually see Cameron coming out a lot and he is very knowledgeable and does An Amazing job! All of their techs do Great work from our experiences.

Our upstairs A/C unit stopped working so I called a well-known local heating and air company. They sent out a service tech, and after examining both the furnace and outside unit, determined that the best solution was total replacement. On the low end, this was going to cost over $3600! After Nexus5 came out for a second opinion, it turns out that a $200 repair was sufficient! They were friendly, professional, prompt and saved us over $3400! I’d refer Nexus5 to anyone who wants an honest opinion and a fair price on any heating, AC, plumbing or construction work!
